I The Property
The house was built in 2009 and sits in a lovely rural
setting on the edge of Conford Park which is a private
estate made up of just four properties. The house has
a lovely contemporary feel and a lot of thought and
effort went into the design and at its heart there is a
fantastic kitchen/sitting/dining room with partly vaulted
ceiling. In all there are three bedrooms, 2 additional
reception rooms and a utility room. The house has a
real sense of light and style.
I Location
Conford is a pretty village which lies two miles to the
north of Liphook. The nearest facilities are in Liphook
with a useful range of local shops together with
Sainsbury’s supermarket and a great selection of
schools including Churchers Junior School, Bohunt
and Highfield. The larger centres of Guildford, Farnham
and Petersfield are all a short drive away and the
nearest mainline station is at Liphook with trains into
London in approximately one hour. The A3 is easily
accessible giving good transport links to the M25 and
beyond along the south coast. There is direct access
to a bridleway which leads to a very good network of
other footpaths and bridleways and the house is on
the edge of the South Downs National Park.
I Outside
To the front of the house there is a good sized parking
area with space for a few cars and adjacent to this is
the double garage. Above the garage approached via
a separate stairway is a useful loft room and behind
the garage building is a garden shed and log store.
Adjacent to the house there are formal gardens with a
large terrace and water feature, beyond the gardens is
the field. In one corner of the field is an enclosed
vegetable garden with greenhouse and further shed.
Lovely views can be enjoyed over fields and woodland
from the majority of house and garden.
