The Sarena, Sefam and Ali Group is a family-owned business concern specializing in the production and retail of textile products. The Group encompasses Ali Embroidery Mills set up in 1972 and Sefam Pvt. Ltd which was set up in 1983 as a retailer and holding company. Over the years Sefam has become Pakistan’s largest textiles retailer with over 700 POS in Pakistan and aboard.

Sarena is the Group’s production arm covering comprehensive Weaving, Finishing and Manufacturing facilities. All together, the group employs over 8,000 people and is one of the indus-try's leaders in quality, technological innovation and ethical practices.

Sarena Weaving & Greige Quality ControlSarena Weaving is a brand-new factory. It boasts state-of-the-art sizing and warping machines from Benninger and 100 brand new air-jet loom from Toyota. Our looms are designed to handle a variety of widths and weaves.

DYEING, FINISHING & PRINTING

Dyeing, Finishing & PrintingSarena Industries and Embroidery Mills Pvt Ltd was established in 2001 in Lahore, Pakistan and specializes in Dyeing, Finishing and Printing of woven (cotton and blended) fabrics. At 72 Million Meters a year, Sarena is one of the largest finishing companies in Pakistan and enjoys a substantial customer base in EU and the US with expertise in both fashion/casual and work-wear textiles. Our range-dying machinery is designed to handle a wide range of Cotton, Viscose, Linen, Tencil, Modal, Silk, Poly-Cotton Blends, Cotton Elastine from 50 GSM to 400 gm/sq mtrs. (or 1.5 Oz per sq yards to 11.80 Oz per sq yards ).

Sarena has made substantial investments in machinery human resource certification and accreditations to match our philosophy to continuous improvements and growth.Our machines are selected from some of the most reliable European brands. Our dyes and chemicals are sourced from only most respected global companies.(REACH Certified)

Sarena is certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Oeko Tex, GOTS (Organic Cotton) and ISO 17025 (QA Lab Accreditation). It is also the sole licensee of PROBAN® in Pakistan. The Sarena Group produces all of its own power.

FASHION WEAR Sarena offers special blends, fancy textured weaves, yarn dyed, liquid sulphur, special pigments, Digital Prints, Super & Ultra Stretch, Comfort Stretch, Bi Stretch, Dual FX, Viscose, Tencel, and a wide range of other fabrics to its fashion wear clients.Sarena also offers a wide range of functional finishes like moisture management, crease resistance, water & oil repellent, phase change, cold black, cool menthol boost, silky touch and many more.

We are a recognized source for Eco Friendly fabrics like organic cotton, BCI cotton, Recycle cotton, Recycle Polyester and more to follow.

We work with The Jones Group, Perry Elis, Next, TESCO, Debenhams, C&A, ESPRIT, CAMAIEU, Okaidi, Inditex and a host of other companies.

SARENA APPARELSarena Apparel is an OKO Tex® and Sedex® Approved factory. We have 350 State-of-the-art machines from Japanese and American manufacturers and close to 500 workers. The factory started commercial operation in January 2014. It is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Our product line includes 5-pocket pants, chinos, 6-pocket cargo pants and shorts, formal wear pants, slim fit, double cuff casual and party shirts, work wear coveralls, bibs, pants and jackets and customized styles as per Customer requirement.

Our garment quality assurance relies on Robust Quality Systems designed around the garment manufacturing process. Use of technology including GGT (Gerber Garment Technology), scientific laboratory tests, real-time reporting systems, functional quality circles and numerous control mechanisms, enable Sarena Apparel to produce the right product the first time around, every time.

Sarena runs SAP® to manage its financial and HR systems while we continue to invest in technology to retrieve real-time shop-floor data to manage production output, quality levels and productivity targets. Human Capital remains our most important focus. Our recruitment policy defines strict qualification criteria for each position and a mix of qualitative assessment and technical exams. Critical customer feedback is made accessible at all levels for direct, continuous on-the-job training. The machinery we use at Sarena Apparel is from the best manufacturers in the world and we spare no effort in ensuring that we always have an essential mix of automation to guarantee quality and efficiency in our production.

CORPORATE SOCIALRESPONSIBILITYSARENA INDUSTRY has Water Treatment Plant in operation fulfilling national environment and quality standards (NEQS). Company operates several trusts and NGO dedicated to the provision of Education, Housing and Medical Health to the under privileged the trust include the Zaman Foundation & the Care Foundation.

Care Foundation is currently providing free schooling to around 200,000 under privileged children in over 175 schools across the province.
