    Go towww.sedexglobal.com On the top right ofthe homepage,choose a languageand click on “Join”

    On the next pageopening, scroll to the

    bottom and click on“Registration form”

    Once you submit yourdetails, you willreceive an email withinstructions toproceed.

    Click on the link in the

    email to proceed

    You will be required toadd your full nameand a password foryour account

    Select Company Type

    Supplier (B)membership; completeall the details(compulsory fields aremarked with *)

    Tick the box foraccepting the Termsand Conditions;

    ThenClick on “Finish”

    Steps to pay for your membership

    Once you clicked on “Finish”, you will

    be guided to this page, where you

    need to click on “Proceed to payment”

    and will be asked to login again.

    Once logged in, you will be guided

    straight to the Payments page

    Fill in all details, click on “Calculate”

    and then “Pay Now”

    You can pay with aCredit or Debit Cardor do a Bank transfer(BACS)*

    Click on “WorldPay” tobe referred to theWorldPay paymentspage – follow all stepson the WorldPay page

    The status of yourpayment will beshown in your account

    * A 2.95% administration fee will becharged on all payments.

    If you choose Credit/ Debit Card, you

    will be redirected to the Worldpay

    website in order to make the

    payment. Worldpay is the secure 3rd

    party payment platform that we use

    for all card payments.

    TIP: To select multiple site functions,click on all relevant options

    Steps to create site details

    Go to Company > my company and scroll to the bottom of the page

    Click on “Create New Site”

    Complete all relevant details: Fields marked with “*” are compulsory

  • TIP: To select multiple types of products, simply type in the new productname, click on “Search” again and select from the new drop downoptions.

    Steps to create site details

    Choose your product areas – type

    in the product and click on “Search”

    Select your product(s) by ticking the

    relevant boxes from the appearing

    drop down menu.

    Answer the survey questions and

    choose

    the worker types from the drop down

    menu – click on “Add New Worker

    Type” to add multiple types

    Click on “Submit” to create the site in

    your account

    Steps to link to customers

    Go to Company > myrelationships

    Click on the button “Initiate arelationship” at the top of thepage

    Type in the name of thecompany you want to link to,choose if this is your customeror supplier and if the tradingrelationship is direct or

    indirect

    site visibility

    If you are linking to acustomer, you alsoneed to set visibility foryour sites by selectingthem from the list

    Click on “Submit” toinitiate therelationship, to be

    validated by the otherparty

    You can give access toyour site’s details(address, products, sitefunctionalities, workertypes), the site’scontact details, SAQand audit information.

  • Complete the SAQ

    Steps to complete the

    SAQ

    Go to Company > mycompany and scroll to thebottom for your sites’ listpage

    Click on the button “SiteSAQ” in the Actioncolumn for the relevantsite

    Click on “Edit” to start withany of the sections / SAQpillars

    TIP: To select multiple answers from a drop down menu, press the“Ctrl” button on your keyboard and click on the applicable answers.

    TIP: Please do remember to save your answers, as otherwise if you leave thepage without saving or loose internet connection the information will be lost.
