BACCN News Conference awards We are delighted to announce the following awards as presented at the National Conference in Southport: Best free paper – Water, water everywhere: A workshop on intravenous fluids. Awarded to Phillip Woodrow, who received £200; Best poster award: Focus groups as a way of improv- ing quality of care within the intensive care unit. Region of the Year-Anglia Region Awarded £200 to R Hill from the intensive care unit at the Chelsea and Westminster foundation trust; Regional committee member – Tim Collins from South- ern Region; Region of the Year – Anglia Region.
