CONCLUSION

British have left many effects on the Malaysian legal system. The existing of 

this system and laws are very imortant to reg!late this m!lti"ethnic and m!lti"

religio!s society. #hat is s!ggested is not a comlete to relace law in Malaysia.

The co!rts$ the %!dges$ and the %!dicial method to a large extent is still intact. #hat

is s!ggested is more effort from %!dges in artic!lar$ assisted &y co!nsels and

academics to develo %!dge"made law in the Malaysian mo!ld.

This matter has &een reeatedly disc!ssed &!t no res!lt !ntil now. It so

imortant to develo Malaysian common law and to add to iles of s!ggestion to

achieve the o&%ective. #ith the develoment of Malaysian common law$ there will

 &e a convergence of the legal systems rather than domination &y one over another.
