Travelling to other parts or contries of the world and in time has always been an important,but most of the times machiened desire of people and is one of my dreams that i hope will become reality sometime in the future. If I had the opportunity to visit any place I want I think I would choose Egypt.Of course, there are many more interesting places to see and I would like to see all of them, but if I am given the chance to visit only one I would definitely choose Egypt. The first reason why I choose this specific place is represented by the fact that I would like to see with my own eyes the best known archaeological monuments in the world,the Egyptian pyramids.I have always been curious to find more about the mystery of their construction as it is well known that over the ages there have been a lot of speculative theories concerning this topic, theories that have brought together the ordinary and the fantastic. And if I had the chance to go back in time, I would certainly choose the period when they were built so that i could see with my own eyes the truth behind all the legends related to their appearance and purpose. Secondly Egypt is my definite choice because of its extremely interesting history related to pharaos and dinasties. Tutankhamun is especially a controversial historic figure and I would really like to find more about him

both as a person and a ruler. He must have been a very powerful man and is one of the most famous pharaos.

Of course, the posibility to live during his time and see him in reality is very intriguing but this would only happen if a time machine could be invented that would give us the possibility to go back in time. Thirdly, the especific climate and relief totally different from our own country is another reason why I would like to visit Egypt. And I have to confess that I would really enjoy a ride on a camel. And last but not least, I would like to see the people of this country, to learn more about their traditions and customs, about their way of thinking, and why not , about their superstitions and myths. To sum up, even if there are a lot of countries that are worth visiting for various different reasons, the one I would choose if given the chance is definitely Egypt.
