designing, fabricating, painting, assembly and commissioning of

the latest electrical panels and switchgear for a variety of end users

and applications. The manufacturing is carried out in a modern

15,000 sq. ft. facilities spread over two units at Noida near New Delhi

equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery and instruments.

l Minimum 56% conductivity is maintained for Aluminum bus bars and 99.9% in case of Copper. A minimum of 0.8% deration factor is considered for bus bars

l PVC sleeved type computer printed ferrules are used

l Spreaders for MCCBs above 100A rating are used to maintain proper phase to phase clearance

l Touch proof technology – all live parts are shrouded with the help of FR-2 & polycarbonate sheets to avoid accidental contacts

l Panels are designed to take care of permissible temperature rise limit

l PU foam type gaskets in all panels

l Three point locks in panel rear doors

l Black anodized aluminum engraved name plates on all panels and on individual feeder doors

l Each cable alley is fitted with CFL lights, thermostat controlled space heater

l Ventilation hood is provided on top of the panels for higher current rating feeders. Forced ventilation is provided for Breaker feeders 2500A and above

l High tensile bolts are used for horizontal busbars and ACB’s links wherever it is required

l Torque wrenches are used for tightening of bolts

l Usage of make & type of electrical components as per customer’s choice
