17-04-2007 : The complaint was made by phone. As the complainant had not contacted the newspaper regarding same, told him he could send a clarification to the newspaper directly for publication in the issue of April 22nd. Meanwhile , he was advised to complete the complaints form which was faxed to him, and send it back to the pccsl along with a copy of clarification and news item, so that the pccsl could look into the matter in case the clarification is not published in the April 22nd issue. 23-04-2007 : Called the complainant as the clariciation had not appeared in the issue of April 22nd. Complainant was going through the newspaper once

again to make sure the clarification had not appeared and said he would contact PCCSL on April 24th, if he plans to proceed with the matter. PCCSL advised him to send his version of the facts on a letter head.
