Plaintiffs

24. Plaintiff re-alleges all previous allegations and conclusions.

the

issuance

of a

temporary injunction,

the

Defendant would

be

required

to

print

ballots

for the

August

14

election

an d

would

do so

including

the

names

of the

281

individuals

who did notfile

their qualifying oath timely.

26 ThePlaintiffs, without an injunction, would

suffer

irreparable harmas they would

have to run in a competitive

election

against candidates who should not appear on the ballot.

Further, they could potentially lose their race to a candidate that is not qualified. This is an

injury that could

not be

adequately addressed with monetary damages.

27. The Defendants have no other remedy at law besides seeking this injunction to ensure

their

election, and the

elections

of

similarly situated others, only contain candidates that

complied with Florida Law.

Florida

Law is

clear

-

county executive candidates mustfiletheir qualifying

paperwork during

the

qualifying time

period.

The 281

individuals

at

issue

did not filein a

timely

fashion In this pre-election challenge to whether the

281

individuals qualified on time, the

Plaintiffs are

likely

to

succeed

on the

merits. This requires

the

issuance

of a

temporary

injunction

29.

Plaintiffs only seek

to

enjoin

the

printing

of

ballots

in

precincts where

the281

individuals

reside and nowhere

else.
