1. UV Cured coatings :
• For Mobile phone housing, Keypad coating• For film, molding coating• Functional coatings – Anti-scratch, Anti-dye, Low yellowing
UV cure coating process, to produce a high-quality, durable coating. In many applications, UV curing can achieve the coating faster, and therefore at a lower total cost than many other coating processes.
Furthermore, UV cure coatings are considered environ-mentally friendly because most of the solvents that are necessary in other coating.

• Coatings for Various VM(Vacuum metallizing)method, target(Sn,Al,Si)• Substitute for VM coatings : Mirror Silver• Coaings for Digital printing, thermal transfer etc new Pattern
Vacuum metallizing is the state of the art process of thin film vapor deposition of various metal, like Aluminium and Tin.
Once the process has completed, the substrate emerges from the vacuum chamber with a mirror-like highly reflective finish.
Paints and Coatings are commonly used in Vacuum metallizing finish-ing for various reasons, including : adhesion promotion, substrate surface leveling and protection of the optical film after deposition.
