L’Azienda / The Company

L’azienda opera nel settore metalmeccanico industriale, effettuando lavorazioni conto terzi. Nel corso degli anni ha ampliato la sua offerta con rivestimenti di saldatura e tecnica spray, specializzandosi nella fornitura di componenti per valvole a sfera di medie e grandi dimensioni. Partendo da pezzi grezzi forniti dai committenti, si effettuano lavorazioni di tornitura, fresa-alesatura e riporti di saldatura necessari per il loro dimensionamento a disegno. Tali operazioni si svolgono con l’utilizzo di macchine utensili a controllo numerico, come torni paralleli e verticali, centri di lavoro, unità di saldatura, unità di rivestimento di carburo e cromo. I pezzi finiti costituiscono dei semilavorati per i vari committenti, i quali provvedono all’assemblaggio dei componenti in prodotti utilizzabili per metanodotti, piattaforme petrolifere, centrali elettriche, testate di pozzi petroliferi, cantieri navali, etc.

Meccanica Gervasoni is in the field of metalworking sector, but it has developed its offer with welding and spray coating. The Company offers machining on behalf of a third party. During the years, it has been specializing on machining of components for ball valves production. The raw materials (steel casting) are provided by the customers. The pieces are machined to achieve the dimensions required on relevant technical drawings, by means of turning, milling/boring and welding overlays processes. Such activities are carried out through numerical control machine like tools-center and vertical lathes, working centers and welding units, HVOF technology and lapping units. Once completed the cycle, the piece are delivered to the client, who take care of their assembly in products used on methane pipelines, oil platforms, power stations, wellheads, shipyards, etc.

Rivestimenti / Coatings I prodotti vengono lavorati con processi di saldatura TIG – MIG, SAW, TIG FILO FREDDO, MIG Semiautomatico con materiali di saldatura classificati ERNiCrMo3 – ERNiFeCr1 – ER2209 – ER309L-Mo – ER316L - ER316LSi - ER317L su materiali di base come ASTM A350 LF2,LF3 e/o A 105, ASTM A694 F60, F6A, F52. I procedimenti di saldatura utilizzati sono certificati da Enti accreditati. Si effettuano rivestimenti superficiali in polvere di carburo di tungsteno e cromo, come protezione ad usura, erosione e corrosione metalliche. Le prove, i controlli e gli esami sono eseguiti da personale qualificato. L’azienda dispone di un laboratorio interno per eseguire prove meccaniche e prove metallurgiche. Le attrezzature e le apparecchiature sono costantemente aggiornate considerando l’evolversi dei sistemi tesi al miglioramento della sicurezza e della qualità del prodotto industriale.

The workpieces (ASTM A350-LF2,LF3 and/or A105, ASTM A694-F60 -F6A-F52) are coated with TIG MANUAL, MIG MACHINE, AUTOMATIC, SAW, manual and semi-automatic welding processes, certified by accredited authorities. Our welding materials are classified to ERNiCrMo3 – ERNiFeCr1 – ER2209 – ER309L-Mo – ER316L-Si - ER317L. When requested, tungsten/chromium carbide and subsequent grinding operations are also provided. The finished workpiece is subject to dimensional controls and non-destructive examinations, carried out by inspectors qualified to SNT-TC-1° - UNI EN 9712 according to Company quality procedures. Pieces are then marked and packed for shipping to the customer. Improvement plans are aimed to promote a continuous company technological updating and renewal, which always represent the main goals of the Top Management, bringing to the company success on the market place towards current customers as well as new job opportunities.

L’azienda si trova nell’area industriale del comune di Lenna, un piccolo paese dell’Alta Val Brembana, a circa 40 km dall’autostrada Milano-Venezia. I reparti produttivi si dividono in diversi stabilimenti collocati su 42.000 m2 di area, con 14.000 m2 di area coperta.

The company is located in the industrial area of Lenna, a small village in northern Valle Brembana. Lenna is about 40 km from the highway Milano-Venezia. Activities are carried on in three plants of 14.000 m2 total, located on an area of 42.000 m2.
