    Maintenance - Engineering Services

    Improvement is no doubt a necessity in industrial

    process. Every design, calculation, forecasting and

    decision are dinamically done by internal management.

     We undestand the requirement of the third party to

    support process or production activity.

    are still considered as an important task to do. :Scheduled Maintenance such as Cleaning,Ÿ

    Inspection, Daily ReportingOperation & Maintenance (O&M) Services. TheseŸ

    Supervisors, Technician (Mechanical and E&I) along with the proper Standard Operating Procedures

    Reliability is no doubt an important key in modernmaintenance management system. One of methods to

    improve reliability is the implementation of Condition Based

    Monitoring (CBM). This method is more comprehensive and

    cost effective concepts. The concept is based on the belief

    that if equipment can be evaluated and yet still remain in

    service, the overall cost of maintenance will go down.

    Beside reducing the level time based maintenance, CBM will

    catch ill conditioned components before they break and

    cause unplanned outages. By implementing CBM we can

    measure the health of the machinery, engine

    performance,and also engine vibration.

    Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a specific

    process used to identify the policies which must be

    implemented to manage the failure modes which could

    cause the functional failure of any physical asset in a

    given operating context (RCM Standard SAE JA1011).

    To implement RCM according to its definition, Improvia

    In this service we develop Health, Safety and Environment

    (HSE) Procedures for PT Indah Dewi, one of the heavy

    The assessment was conducted on BFP #1 due to high

    NDT Inspection was performed at several equipments such

    as Chain Dryer, Shafts, Transition Unit. We used Ultrasonic

    Testing (UT) Flaw Detector.

     Assist on RCM Workshop for PLTA Bengkulu, 2012

    Develop Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Failure

    Defense Task (FDT) on critical equipments such as Turbine,

    Generator, Generator Circuit Breaker (GCB), High

    Pressure Oil Lifting Pump etc.
