Upside in Cinere Projects from Toll Roads Continuing the Dominant Presence in Cinere
Centro Cinere, 6.45ha Megapolitan’s super complex in Cinere, provides a one stop place for more than the 120 thousands residences of Cinere. Centro Cinere consist of mall, apartment, commercial and landed house. The current Depok-Antasari and Cinere-Jagorawi toll road development would make the super block easily accessible to Jakarta own-town
CBD Cinere Junction
Megapolitan Cinere Projects: The development of the two toll roads will give better access between Jakarta to Cinere area. This is expected to boost demand for Cinere property, and surely its market value.
Cinere Junction is the next superblock in Cinere. The existing projects are focused in landed house like Graha Cinere and Cinere Parkview. On the 2.7ha land, across the planned toll road, Cinere Jagorawi, would be built the future CBD Cinere Junction.
Depok-Antasari toll road (under construction, expected completion on October)

Reductions in the benchmark interest rate to 4.75% (down from 7.5% in Q1 2016), increased in loan to Value (LTV) ratio, and loosening of mortgage regulations are likely to boost the middle and lower residential segments.
