Helionova Limited has been supplying and maintaining high-quality UV tanning

equipment across the UK for over 35 years. Established in 1979 by Richard Warden

who was so taken with the new tanning technology that he literally used every

penny at his disposal to purchase his first machines.

In 1983 Richard met Willem Fabels, Managing Director of Ultrasun International.

As a result of this meeting, Helionova became and continues to be, the sole

distributor of professional Ultrasun tanning equipment in the UK.

Since Richard’s retirement in 2013, Helionova has become a part of the worldwide

Ultrasun Group, with long-serving employees Steve Foyster and Emma Johnston

serving as Directors of the company.

Using experienced in-house engineers, most of whom have been with the company

for more than ten years, Helionova is proud to supply, service and maintain Ultrasun

With its four high-pressure 1500W facials, the SolarChair

is the perfect device for giving your face and neck

area a great tan. Therefore the SolarChair is excellent

for use at a hairdresser, beauty salon or nail studio, so

your customers can enjoy a bit of sunshine as well.

The SolarChair is available in Vivid Violet Metallic and

is equipped with a comfortable leather chair.

Age Control:

Set your own age control regarding the minimum age for

tanning in the United Kingdom. Only by pressing the ‘18+’

button a session will start. The Age Control is a standard safety control

setting in the IQ Touch Control timer system.

Airco:

Add the airco and never break a sweat. The premium

air-conditioning system guarantees a fresh and exhilarating

recharge. The air-conditioning system is an option for the Q30, Q20, Q18,

Q14, i9 and i8 devices. Thus, making a session a pure pleasure.

Air extraction hose:

Enjoy the atmosphere of having proper ventilation. Warm air

is extracted from the device through a separate channel,

creating a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing session. It also guarantees

a perfect cooling for the device. The air extraction hose is included as a

standard in most Ultrasun tanning devices.

Aroma:

The Aroma feature gives you the option to enjoy a refreshing

fragrance for an entirely indulgent session that will make you

look and feel great. Relax and re-energize with aromatherapy to enhance

the experience. Enjoy wellness for all senses! The Aromatherapy option is

available in combination with the Breeze option.

BodyCooler | TopCooler

The built-in BodyCooler system enables you to set the

temperature for optimal comfort. At the touch of a button,

fresh air is blown out of the ventilators to cool your body and face. At the

same time, warm air is extracted through a separate channel, creating the

perfect conditions for a relaxing session.

Breeze:

Refresh by enhancing the tanning experience with cool water

breezes. The Breeze system will, at a constant adjustable pace,

spread a fine mist of distilled water. Mist coming from a small drip-free

nozzle that is perfectly placed to cool off your body and increase the

relaxing feeling. The Breeze option comes with the Aroma option.

Changing Cubicle:

Add the Changing Cubicle to the i9, i8, E7 or E5 powertowers

to create a safe and luxurious personal space without the need

of a separate room. Inside you can lock the cubicle, find a clothes hook

and vanity mirror. Everything a clothes room needs! Add this changing

room and size and space can be used efficiently.

Clothes Hook:

We have integrated a clothes hook into the Changing Cubicle

for the customer to hang their clothes. The Changing Cubicle

can be added to every Ultrasun stand-up and takes away the need for a

separate room.

Electronic Ballasts:

For longevity and energy savings. The electronic ballasts do not

only allow the configuration of the tubes to be optimised but

also generate energy savings of approximately 30%. For more information

about the electronic ballasts option please contact us.

Handles:

Enjoy the comfort of handles in our stand-up devices and

guarantee a secure standing position while you drift away. An

extra plus is by holding the handles you will make sure you will get the

perfect exposure on every inch of your body.

Facials:

Facial lamps are designed to use reflectors to give your face

optimal exposure to the ultraviolet rays from the tanning bed.

These high-pressure lamps give an optimal facial tan due to their design.

Inward | Outward opening door:

Standard the door of the Changing Cubicle opens inwards.

But by opting for this extra option, you will be able to convert

the Changing Cubicle’s door. Instead of going inside it will open outward,

creating a more spacious passage for your customers.

Bodyshaped Acrylic:

The ergonomically bodyshaped acrylic surface fits to your

body perfectly for added comfort during a session. This feature

is standard in our Ultrasun Q18 solarium.

Airco Cooled Acrylic:

Specially designed for our Q30 and Q22. This acrylic combines

stunning looks and a perfect surface for people of various

size. In combination with air-conditioning, the flat acrylic is automatically

being cooled during a session. A flow of cold air streams on the bottom

side of the acrylic, so that you will lie on a perfectly cooled surface.

Bluetooth:

The new Bluetooth feature makes it possible for a wireless

connection between the Ultrasun tanning system and your

smartphone. Select your favourite songs and enjoy it via the Ultrasun sound

system. Available in combination with Music Pro.

Lockable Door:

For your customers’ piece of mind and security, the door of our

Changing Cubicle can be locked from the inside. This means

much more privacy and a secure storage of your customers’ possessions

while they enjoy a session.

Music Pro:

An entertainment system for external and personal music

possibilities in your professional device. Equipped with a

smartphone plug and several speakers. Use the Music Pro to connect your

phone to the sound system to match your mood, relax to your favourite

music or dance to your tunes.

Music:

Every E7 and E5 device equipped with the Music option has a

plug that you can connect to your smartphone or MP3 player.

This way you will be able to listen to your own tunes, podcasts, audio books

or stream radio stations. An acrylic holder is also added to your device

when you opt for the Music option.

Paytronic:

The Paytronic is an optional control feature that can be

ordered with every sunbed. It can be placed near the tanning

system and only after your customer has inserted a coin, the sunbed will be

switched on. Several coins are available for the Paytronic.

ShoulderTanner:

The separate ShoulderTanner provides extra light for the hard-

to-reach shoulder area. A feature that can easily be switched

on or off via the IQ Touch Control. The ShoulderTanner has 5 or 6 Sunfit

S 25w or 2x Sunfit SE 250w lamps, depending upon the lay-down model.

SolarControl / Lumax Control:

Easy control systems for the E-series. Its recognisable buttons

are proof against frequent use. Via the SolarControl the

ventilation and tanning time can be regulated.

Speakers:

Listen to music coming from external audio while enjoying

your session. The speakers feature comes standard in every

professional lay-down, E7 and E5.

Ultrasun Manager:

The Ultrasun Manager lets you control up to eight tanning

devices from a distance – all with just a few clicks on your PC.

You can make more efficient use of session times, and reading counters

has never been easier!

Wireless Management System:

Add the Wireless Management System to control all your

tanning equipment from one central location. Connecting

never has been easier; it’s just plug-and-play. Connect the Wireless

Management System to a stand-up with Changing Cubicle so you can

place the device virtually anywhere and still guarantee privacy and

security of your visitors.

Rainbow Manager:

The Rainbow Manager lets you create and control an interior

and exterior light show on your device. Or set the colour to suit

your mood or studio style. Set it at green or pink, choose fast colour jump

or smooth colour transition. The decorative LEDs invite you for a session and

the device will look appealing at all times, even in stand-by mode.

Mirror with Light:

Inside the Changing Cubicle, there is a vanity mirror with a little

shelf to set lotion, goggles or other items. The vanity mirror is a

perfect place for your customers to apply their lotions.

VibraPlate:
