Five components:1. Set up the women network at the

grassroots level2. Public Forum : Social Development and

Women in Decision Making 3. Training of Women Candidates/training of

women counselors and women activists4. Work with indigenous/minority groups5. Media Advocacy and Lobbying at the

national level and local level
