PROCEDURE FOR LICENSE AMENDMENTS

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to provide information to interested parties regarding the
application for License amendments and the necessary documents required during submission.
2. SCOPE:
This procedure will apply to all Clients within Trakhees’ jurisdiction, and will also involve any
external parties concerned with the Clients requirements.
3. Completion Period
Service Delivery Time
3.1 Changing Trade Name (FZ & DED) 15-working days
3.2 Changing/Adding an Activity (FZ&DED) 2 working days
3.3 Changing of Address/ LOCATION(FZ&DED) 2 working days
3.4 Changing/Appointing a Manager(FZ&DED) 2 working days
3.5.1 Increase the Capital (FZ) On time of receiving
the bank letter from the
client.
3.5.2 Amending the Capital (DED) 2-working days
3.6 Changing of LOCAL Agent/service agent (DED) 10 min.
3.7 Adding/Withdrawal Of Partner 15-working days
3.8 Changing Legal Type (DED,FZ) 15 working days
4. PROCEDURE:
There are various types of amendment for companies under Free Zone laws and Federal laws.
Clients are advised to check their requirements as per below & submit the same to Trakhees
offices / Trakhees websites for processing:
Approvals are subject to the discretion of Trakhees’ personnel, and submissions can be rejected
based on incomplete documentation submitted by Clients.

Note: The transaction & the payment advice will be cancelled if the client exceed 1 month
without paying from the issue date of the payment advice.(for FreeZone Licenses only).
3.1TYPES & REQUIREMENTS OF AMENDMENTS FOR COMPANIES UNDER
FREE ZONE LAWS Applicant should submit the below required documents in TRAKHEES-CLD offices in case
of shareholder, manager or trade name changes or may submit online by uploading the
below required documents for other amendments

Once the applicant received his submission reference number, CLD will check the required
documents availability and update the system as follow:
a) Accept: If the submissions comply with requirements, will proceeds with amendment process.
b) Reject: If the submissions not comply with requirements. Applicant can apply again with new submission number.
c) More information: If note any missing document, CLD will reject the submission and advice to re-upload the missing information. Applicant should re-upload the requested information with the same submission number.
Once required external approvals are done, payment advise will be generated and
available online to be settled by the client. Client can collect the print out license from the
front desk offices upon showing the receipt.

The above are document requirements for the Client to submit during application of
service required. Please note that the amendment applied for will be considered only if all
necessary documents submitted by Client are complete.
