Commar Trade International S/A was founded in July of 1990 with the objective of operating in foreign trade, as exports and imports, logistics and distribution, and the provision of consulting services. During all this time COMMAR developed mainly to export and import activity.

We acquired full control of the processes that led us to the management of international trade activities of companies located throughout the country, and working in various market segments.

We have as main task respond ever more effectively the needs and demands of our customers. Regardless of segment, we developed logistic processes to minimize risk, reduce costs and maximize profitability of the operation.

Our headquarters is located in Vila Velha / ES - Brazil. Next to the main port terminal state, airport's, EADI, cargo agents, and Federal agents.

LOCATION

COMMAR is located in the southeastern region of Brazil, specifically in the state of Espirito Santo, which in its natural conditions has the best plan logistics of our country.

As logistics operator in foreign trade, COMMAR acts in the process of strategic planning, implementing and controlling the flow and storage, with efficiency and lowest cost of raw materials, in-process inventory, finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption, in order to meet the requirements of our customers.

In our Supply Chain rely on cargo agents on all continents, ports, warehouses and bonded private transport companies and local, giving us advantages in logistics flow with a high degree of consolidation, reducing the cost of freight, reducing labor-work, agile and reliable information, and agility in refueling service level guarantee.

LOGISTIC AND DISTRIBUTION

Nowadays, the physical distribution of products now occupy a prominent role in the logistical problems of enterprises. This is due, on the one hand, the rising cost of money (finance cost) that forces companies to reduce inventory and streamline the handling, transportation and distribution of their products.

This form COMMAR offers its customers the possibility of distributing their products throughout Brazil from its distribution center in Vila Velha, including plans of delivery and traceability of cargo to anywhere in the country.

We also count with the availability of special warehousing, like air conditioning and / or require special handling.

COMMAR implemented a new progress with the construction of a storage complex with almost 3000m ². Our facilities are prepared for storage of general cargo and products should can be stored in refrigerated space.

Commar is always investing in the latest technology in order to ensure rapidity, economy, safety and efficiency to their customers. For this we implemented a WMS system that controls all the activities of our warehouses, interconnected via network wirelles.

PORT AREA

Having now the second largest oil reserve in the country, and the imminent growth of Espirito Santo in business related to oil, COMMAR International launched in 2002 its plan to build a port area, in order to meet and Off-Shore suply Boat and operations with vessels of medium size.

With an area of 160,000 m2, located in the town of Vila Velha / ES, the terminal will also include special storage of flammable liquids and bulk. Today, the project is in the beginning stage of construction, scheduled for completion in late 2015
