Evo-Lite Radiant Panel SystemThe standard range consists of one, two or four pipe options
with the same CG, CS, FS and WS models as the Evolution
panels. Working parameters are the same as the Evolution
panels with outputs ranging from 86(W/m) to 444(W/m).
Applications same as Evolution.
Dunham Strip Radiant PanelsApplications include heavy-duty industrial systems where
HTHW up to 180oC or steam up to 10-bar is required.
Outputs range from 125(W/m) to 1999(W/m).

Series AMThe versatile range of 22 standard models, each produced
in four casing lengths and three coil types, allows Series AM
fan convectors to be used for many applications, such as
schools, colleges, elderly persons homes, libraries, offices
and churches.
All models can be supplied in a range of nominal heat
outputs from 2.6kW to 12.7kW with lengths from 695mm
to 1495mm. Nominal outputs are based on LTHW 80/70oC,
ambient at 18oC and coil type WA2.

Super ComfortSuper Comfort fan convectors are high specification units
that are readily available from stock to meet fast delivery
to site requirements. For absolute safety these units feature
rounded corners, pencil proof metal grilles and security locks
on all access panels. A top quality build ensures reliability
and a long and trouble-free working life. Because all Super
Comfort fan convectors operate on low temperature hot
water, they provide highly efficient, fast response warm
air heating, making them ideal for schools, colleges, care
homes, offices and many other applications.
There are five models in the range, each model is available
in four sizes – fig 3, fig 6, fig 10 and fig 15.

Avant Garde ECOECO models are for use in conjunction with low return
temperature systems (i.e. condensing boilers).
The Avant Garde Series AM and BM fan convectors is the
next generation heat emitter. Careful and ingenious design
allows condensing boiler plants to operate at maximum
efficiency at all times and with the minimum capital
investment.
Traditional low-pressure hot water (LPHW) heating systems
operate at 82oC flow and 71oC return during peak loads
on both compensated (radiators etc) and constant (fan
convector etc) temperature systems.
The Dunham-Bush Avant Garde unit is designed to operate
at 55oC flow and 35oC return during peak loads, whilst
maintaining the same duty, options and features as Dunham-
Bush’s extensive range of Series AM and Series BM fan
convector heaters.
• Boiler return temperature is always below 55oC, ensuring
the boiler is in condensing mode at all times
• Increased differential water temperature across the coil,
reduces pumping energy by up to 87%
• Decreased flow and return temperatures reduce standing
losses from pipework
• Low water content and thermal mass of the unit minimises
the response time, avoiding a protracted warm up period
and overshoot
• Integral 4-port valve prevents wasteful natural convection
during mild conditions
(2-port valve option available on request)
• Option of EC motors is available reducing electrical
power consumption by up to 80% compared to a standard
AC motor

Super Comfort AM25
Series BM - ConcealedDunham-Bush Series BM is available in a versatile range of
8 models, each produced in 9 sizes and 3 hot water coils,
with electric heating available up to 6kW. It is suitable for
floor, wall ceiling and base mounting, concealed within the
building fabric or ceiling void.
Nominal outputs from 2.6 to 19.1kW with casing lengths
from 800 to 1600mm. Nominal outputs are based on LTWH
80/70oC and ambient air temperature of 18oC.
The range of switch options, thermostats, valves, electrical
heating, ESC speed controller and motorised damper options
are shared with the AM section.
A selection of popular spigot plates and air handling options
is available, including: various inlet boxes, manual damper
boxes, motorised damper boxes, circular spigot plates and
boxes, plinths, filters, grilles and extension ducts.
Series CM - 600mm highSeries CM fan convectors are suitable for most applications
where low-level free standing heaters with front discharge
and re-circulation grilles are desirable. Having an overall
height of 600mm, Series CM fan convectors are particularly
suitable for under sill or worktop applications.
The CM range is ideal for replacement of fan convectors
in SCOLA schools and can provide an easy upgrade to
EC motors.
The range consists of two models: SA standard airflow,
bottom front inlet and top front outlet and RA reversed
airflow, bottom front inlet and top front inlet and bottom
front outlet.
Both models are offered in a range of nominal outputs from
2.6 to 12.7kW and casing lengths from 695 to 1495mm.
Nominal outputs are based on LTHW 80/70oC, ambient air
18oC and coil type WA2.

Ceiling Grid Series 600 Series 600 fan convector heaters provide the ideal solution
where wall space is not available and surface mounted
ceiling units cannot be used. The unit is specifically
designed for integration with ceiling grid applications, such
as in schools, colleges, offices, libraries and commercial
properties. They are elegant in design, but built to the same
robust quality that is typical of all Dunham-Bush products.
Series 600 fan convectors are freely suspended high level
heaters, designed to fit within a 600 x 600mm T bar type
ceiling grid. They provide warm air heating when used with
low or medium temperature hot water.
The standard finish is a white polyester coating to RAL
9010 30% gloss finish, including grilles. Accessories include
remote automatic temperature controls, as well as on/off
and fan speed switches, which can be fitted or remote.
All Series 600 units are supplied with tamper proof
access panels.
Nominal outputs range from 2.94 to 8.81kW with three
casing sizes, 590 x 590 x 250mm, 1190 x 590 x 250mm
and 1790 x 590 x 250mm.

Series SL SlimLine - 160mmDesigned to provide a neat and aesthetically pleasing solution where space is limited, the SlimLine range of fan convectors
at 160mm deep fit neatly into areas where conventional units prove difficult, if not impossible to install. They come with
either a top air discharge (SL TD ) or a front discharge (SL FD), a standard height of 550mm and a range of lengths from 700
to 1500mm. Both models feature extruded aluminium discharge grilles and punched steel bottom entry inlet grilles.

Models also have the option of a standard or low grade coil
with nominal heat outputs ranging from 2.5kW to 9.0kW,
based on LTHW 80/70°C, ambient air 18°C.
All models have left hand bottom entry pipework when
viewed from the front. Right hand connections can be
fabricated on site within the fan convector casing.
All models must be fitted with a 50mm floor clearance to
allow for bottom air inlet.
The siting versatility of the SL fan convector allows it to be
used in a variety of applications, including schools, colleges,
care homes, churches, libraries and offices.

Series SV Smart-Vector The Smart-Vector has been developed to provide an effective
solution for installation in classrooms, particularly when
Building Bulletin 101 is a requirement. Smart-Vector can
also be used in offices and other spaces where the highest
standards of air quality are essential for the well-being and
productivity of the occupants.
The Smart-Vector range comprises five models in nominal
heat outputs from 1.4 to 13.6kW and four casing sizes
ranging from 689mm to 1495mm wide.
Nominal outputs are based on LTHW 80/70°C flow and
return temperatures and an 18°C ‘air on’ temperature using
a WA2 coil. Alternative operating conditions and coils are
available.
Each unit incorporates an infinitely variable fan speed motor,
a modulating mixing damper, and a 2-port or 3-port control
valve, all controlled by 0-10V dc control signals. In addition,
each unit has a frost protection override thermostat as
standard.
The basic control option comprises a wall-mounted
controller, which measures temperature and CO2
concentrations and controls the mixing damper and control
valve actuators accordingly. It also controls the fan speed,
whether in manual or automatic modes. The controller also
has an RS485 communication port to allow interface or
communication with the BACnet BMS system where required,
thus allowing time scheduling, set point changes, integration
with other H&V plant and interrogation.
Other BMS protocols and controllers are available upon
request and these may include Modbus, fitting ‘free issue’
controllers, leaving air sensors, fan failure monitoring, and
‘spring return’ actuators

available, the eDF and eDF Plus range of ducted extractor

requires manual airflow control. The separate ECO speed
controller allows manual variable local speed control with

NEW eRTF COMPACT ULTRA LOW ENERGY ACOUSTIC TWIN ROOF FANSDuties up to 900 l/s combined with high quality manufacture,
low energy usage and flexible installation, make the eRTF
range of roof top acoustic extract twin fans ideally suited
for most commercial applications and particularly where it
is important that extract ventilation is always available, i.e.
public buildings, domestic tower blocks, motorway services,
school toilets.
Manufactured from high quality powder coated RAL7015
(grey) galvanised sheet steel and fitted with acoustic non-
hygroscopic foam insulation, they are designed to deliver
years of trouble-free service. For maximum siting flexibility,
all fans in the range are available with either bottom square
or rear circular spigot inlets.

Sentry and Sentinel door curtains provide the perfect
solution to maintaining comfort conditions in commercial
and retail premises where the entrance doors are
permanently open to encourage higher footfall. Providing a
virtual barrier separating indoor and outdoor environments,
they will reduce heat losses while conditioning incoming air
efficiently.
SentrySentry door curtains can be utilised as either a door
curtain, which elevates the space/room temperature slightly
creating a barrier to help prevent the ingress of cold air
into the building or they can also be used as a door heater,
elevating the air temperature across the doorway.
Sentry door curtains are available in a range of models
suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting. Each model is
available with left or right coil connections and top or back
pipe entry into the casing.
There are four models, CH (cased horizontal), CV (cased
vertical), BH (basic horizontal) and BV (basic vertical) in 3
overall lengths, 1000, 1500 and 2000mm and 3 nominal
outputs 5, 10 and 15kW.
All Sentry door curtains comprise forward curve centrifugal
fans, G2 filter, LPHW or electric heating coil and electrical
connections box.
Models BH and BV have self-finished galvanised steel
casings for installation into a bulkhead. The supply air grille
is fitted with an adjustable telescopic duct for flexibility.
SentinelSentinel door curtains are all cased units for surface fixing
and are fitted with tangential fans, which provide even
distribution of air across the length of the unit.
Sentinel door curtains are available in a range of models for
ambient, LPHW and electric heating. Each model is available
in three sizes: 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm, (overall
lengths from 1113 to 2121mm) and nominal outputs of 5kW,
10kW and 15kW.
All Sentinel models are suitable for doorway heights
between 1800 and 2700mm. Each model comprises motor,
tangential fan(s), optional LPHW coil or black bar electric
heating elements and electrical connection box.

Hydrocourse Natural ConvectionDunham-Bush Hydrocourse trench heating units are
manufactured in 22 standard types and in fixed lengths of
500mm, 1000mm and 1500mm. Telescopic 1000 - 1500mm
lengths and 50 - 1000mm trim lengths are also available.
The system comprises casings formed from black powdered
steel, aluminium finned copper tube elements and rigid or
roll up satin anodised aluminium transverse grilles.
Casings and elements are sized to accommodate single or
double runs of finned element lengths where appropriate,
in progressive ascending output combinations. Return
pipework can be accommodated within the trench casing
when specified.
Aerocourse Fan AssistedFan assisted trench heating units are manufactured in 5
standard lengths of 1250mm, 1750mm, 2250mm, 2750mm
and 3250mm with a range of non active make-up sections
and corner casing for continuous runs of trench heating.
Available with an extensive range of control options, from
a simple single speed on/off, to a comprehensive waterside
modulating BMS control. All units supplied with energy
efficient DC fans.
Casings are available in a range of 8 models to suit outputs
as well as to accommodate flow and return pipework. Four
model types are available, each with an optional 40mm
increase in width incorporating support brackets for flow
and return pipework.
Dunham-Bush’s innovative trench heating system provides a highly successful, tried and tested solution for offsetting down
draughts on cold surfaces, such as large glazed areas and outside walls. Perfect for a wide variety of commercial buildings,
including high-rise offices, car showrooms, airports and exhibition centres.

Finvector Finvector perimeter heating is tailor made to meet the
heating requirements of modern buildings, particularly those
with significantly exposed exterior walls and large glazed
areas.
Modular in design to ensure ease of installation, Finvector
will reduce heat losses while providing flexible comfort
heating.
Finvector has been applied successfully to heat many
types of buildings, such as office blocks, schools, colleges,
universities, libraries and hospitals.
It is particularly suitable for installation beneath large glass
areas featured in many modern buildings, since it offsets
down draughts and ensures comfortable conditions.
Finvector is also ideally suited for heating large spaces,
subsequently to be divided into smaller units. The design
and construction of the casing is such that the modular
features of the building can be matched, permitting
partitioning to be re-sited at will, without the necessity
to make major alterations to the heating equipment.
Alternatively where the application is non-modular, the
design permits flexibility, and adjustment to the overall
length of casing run is possible, due to the overlap of the
front plate on the make-up plates, end cap and corner
pieces.
The overlap and front plates in relief feature can be used to
emphasise the modular building construction when the tailor
made Finvector equipment is selected to follow the column
and window mullion positions.

Cougar – with simple access for maintenance, such as
cleaning or replacing filters.
Both the Cougar and Leopard use a non-handed dual-
purpose coil block covered by a stainless steel ‘V’ formed
condensate pan, terminating with a central drain point at the
lowest end of the tray. This universal design is used on both
RH and LH configurations and allows the complete coil and
condensate pan assembly to be site reversible without the
need for any additional parts or metalwork. The discharge
plenum is supplied with a combination of spigots and
blanking plates that are screw fixed to the plenum for ease
of interchange. The added facility to relocate the controls
box from one side of the unit to the other gives the Cougar
and Leopard the flexibility to accommodate site layout
changes and client fit-outs.
