With Cook Chill you can create dishes in large
volumes in the shortest time possible. You can
prepare dishes days before they need to be
served and preparation capacities can be easily
be increased. More time: cooking without time
constraints; the processes of preparing and
serving food can be separated.
The patented Advanced losed System (A S) with Crisp automatically controls the proper amount of humidity (heat and moisture) based on the type of food being prepared. There is no need to pre-set the desired humidity levels, it is done automatically.
When the Crisp feature is activated, the moisture in the compartment is precisely controlled so the outside of the food gets crispy golden brown, while the inside stays moist and tender.
