Step 1: Go to www.collettpropane.com (1)

Step 2: Click on the “Customer Login” button (2)

Step 3: Click on the “Sign Up” link (3)

Step 4: Enter your Customer ID, remember, it is in all caps, LIKE THIS (4)

Step 5: Enter your account number (5)

Step 6: Enter a valid email address (6)

Step 7: Wording below will ask you to check your inbox, check your inbox for an email containing your temporary password (7)

Step 8: Repeat steps 1 and 2 and you will arrive back at the screen below

Step 9: Enter your Customer ID, remember, all caps, LIKE THIS (9)

Step 10: Enter your temporary password, if your browser prompts you to save the password click No, this is a temporary password and will be changed, you will arrive at the screen below (10)

Step 11: Enter your new password (11)

Step 12: Re-Enter your new password (12)

Step 13: Your supplied email address will be in the email box

Step 14: After entering your new password you will be directed to a screen that confirms the password change and you will receive an email (14)

Step 15: All Done!

Here are some tips, tricks and common issues

1. The Customer ID must be in all caps, LIKE THIS, if it is not the system will not recognize it

2. Only let your browser remember the password after you’ve established a new password, remembering the temporary password will not let you log in

3. Depending on your junk or spam folder settings the emails regarding your account might end up in those folders, make sure the mark them as not junk

4. If you forgot your password you can click on the link to reset that, you do not need to contact the office

5. If you receive an error that says there is an established account or the email address is in use please send an email to helpdesk@collettpropane.com with

your name, Customer ID and account number and we will respond as quickly as possible to reset the account

6. Once you’ve set your account up online you will receive your statements and invoices via email, to change this please email us at helpdesk@collettpropane.com with your name, Customer ID and account number and we will change this setting

7. Please keep in mind that this is a 3rd party software and it may be down at times for maintenance, this is out of our control
