Pledge logo on organization’s print materials, press advertising and other promotional materials for 1 year for free;

• Signing of shall be under the witness of Guest of Honor and SERA Committees;

• Professional photos and recording of the Signature Ceremony is included;

• Acknowledging Signatories’ commitment in CSR while collaboratively enhancing the social awareness towards CSR;

• Achievements of Signatories will be recognized with publicity;

• All signatories will from the self-assessment process.

參加方法 How to Apply

有興趣參與約章之機構必須以郵寄或電郵方式提交下列資料:

Participating organization should submit the following documents by mail or email:1. Application Form2. In 500 words, describe in what ways the organization shall/has committed in the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (Either in English or Chinese)

• The organization must have been registered in Hong Kong for no less than 3 years;

• and without any on-going litigations and criminal records within the past 3 years;

• of willingness to exercise the Pledge’s principles within the organization;

• Signatory must commit to delegating attending representatives for the Signature Ceremony.

企業必須要在香港註冊,並成立三年或以上;

在過去三年內無任何正在進行中的訴訟或刑事

紀錄; 

並願意在機構內推動本計劃之約章;

而獲邀參與之簽署機構必須派代表出席簽署儀式。

約章簡介 About the Pledge

社會企業研究院 乃一間非牟利組織,不斷致

力於亞洲地區發展及推動應用企業公民之原理、模

式及技術。

本院乃亞洲首間發展「社會關愛企業計劃」的專業

機構,旨在表彰各界企業關愛社會及實踐社會責任

的精神,故定立企業約章,範疇包括提倡人權、勞

工標準、環境保護及反貪腐。

此約章乃根據聯合國全球契約及聯合國投資責任原

則的十大方針而制定,並獲諾貝爾獎得主豪森教授

(Professor Harald zur Hausen)所簽注、認可及推動。

Social Enterprise Research is aorganization dedicated to the continual development, promotion and application of corporate citizenship principles, models and technique in Asia.

SERA is the professional body in Asia to have developed the Social Caring Pledge Scheme for businesses that are committed to a voluntary set of ethical standards in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-corruption.

Endorsed by Nobel Laureate Professor Harald zur Hausen, the Social Caring Pledge’s Ten Principles are derived from the ethos behind the United Nations Global Compact and the underlying emphasis on the triple bottom line of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).

人權 Human Rights

原則一:支持及尊重國際人權的保障

原則二:確保不涉及侵犯人權的活動

Principle 1: Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights;Principle 2: Make sure that businesses are not complicit in human right abuses.

勞工標準 Labour Standards

原則三:享有結社自由和集體談判的權利

原則四:消除任何形式的強逼性勞動

原則五:有效消除童工

原則六:消除就業和職業歧視

Principle 3: The freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;Principle 4: The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;Principle 5: The effective abolition of child labour;Principle 6: The elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation.

環境保護 Environment

原則七:應付環境問題時,支持預防性方法

原則八:主動推動環境責任

原則九:鼓勵環保技術的開發和推廣

Principle 7: Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;Principle 8: Undertake initiatives to promote environmental responsibility;Principle 9: Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally-friendly technologies.

反貪腐 Anti-Corruption

原則十:企業應反對貪腐,包括敲詐和賄賂 Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

是德國癌症研究中心會長和德國海德堡大學的榮譽教授。身

為著名的病毒學專家的豪森教授,成功研究HPV與癌症之間

的關連,並開發子宮頸癌疫苗,為醫學界帶來嶄新的突破。

Professor Harald zur Hausen is a Nobel Award-winning virologist, long-time chairman on the board of the German Cancer Research Centre (DKFZ) and an honorary professor at the University of Heidelberg. He was awarded the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008 as a result of his discovery on papilloma viruses’ role in cervical cancer; his research made it possible to develop a vaccine against the third most frequent kind of cancer affecting women.

Mr. Gustavo Pérez Berlanga is a member of the Sustainability Supply Chain Advisory Group of the United Nations Global Compact initiative as well as the President of the Mexican Global Compact network. He has experience in sustainability supply chain projects including poverty and child labour eradication, human rights, women empowerment, labour standards, environmental and anti-corruption issues.

The foundation of SERA can be traced back from its origins in 2001, when Dr. Charles Mossop undertook the volunteer work for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. He believes that a non-for-

organization can apply commercial strategies to maximize in human and social well-being.

Since 2001, Dr Charles Mossop has played an active role in research forum discussion and social awareness activities for social enterprise ideas. This led to the creation of social enterprise – a new platform to build partnerships among business, government, civil society and academia, solving social problems in novel and effective ways.

社會企業研究院成立之起源可追溯至2001年,當

時查理斯‧莫索普博士為加拿大國家盲人協會的

志願者工作。他深信非牟利組織亦可運用一些良

好的商業模式及策略,以發揮人力和社會福祉的

最大效益。

自2001年起,查理斯‧莫索普博士專注研究社會企

業之發展,並活躍於多個國際學術研討會。這促使

了社會企業研究院之成立,他冀望建構一個嶄新的

交流平台,匯聚政商學及社企之力量,攜手解決社
