Nano Anti-Damp Coating PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Based on Chemical Nanotechnology, the synthesized product
contains specially modified Functional Nano Particles that are specially linked into a Silicon
Matrix in a Solvent Base. Self-organizing Nano components form an invisible layer on the
surface with excellent water and oil repellent properties. n-constrkoat is a high performance,
multifunctional coating with many key functional properties combined together in one
coating solution.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: Can be applied on exterior walls of buildings as TOPCOAT, buildings
with Brick exterior, buildings with plaster exterior, brick Walls/Slabs, Exposed RCC, painted
building exterior walls , painted building interior walls etc. This coating should be applied as
topcoat over plaster/brick/ painted surfaces.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mixing/Dilution: The material does not require any mixing or dilution . Application of
the material as delivered from original packaging is recommended.
Cleaning of the Surface: It must be ensured that the surface is free of all loose
particles/ Dust etc. Before application of the coat the Plaster/ Brick/ Painted
Surface should be cleaned and completely dried.
Application of Coating Solution: The material can be applied on the surface by
either by Spray, Brush, Roller etc. It should be ensured that the material is
adequately applied until the surface is saturated (This may vary for different

surfaces, usually rough & absorbing surfaces may consume more material than
smooth surfaces. On an average, a liter of the coating material should be sufficient
for about 150 Sq Ft.).
Application Conditions: Ambient temperature: Coating can be applied in ambient
temperature conditions (i.e. 10 Deg C to 40 Deg C).
Humidity level: 60% to 80%. Deviating conditions can influence the formation of
hydrophobic effect and drying time. Coating should be applied and dried in a dust
free environment, if possible, in clean room conditions. Application should be
avoided under high humid/moist/rainy conditions.
Curing: The Coating takes about 6 Hrs to completely set.
Test of Coating: Once coated the performance can be tested by pouring some water
on the coated panels. If properly coated, the water should form droplets and roll-off.
VISCOSITY: 15 sec SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 0.81 COLOR: Transparent
STORAGE: Shelf life is of at least 12 months in sealed original packing. In case of
overstepping, the quality of the material should be tested again. The material should be
protected against heat, frost and moisture.

AREAS OF APPLICATION: Areas of application include Ceramic wall tiles, Ceramic sanitary
wares, Ceramic bath-wares, Ceramic Wash-Basins, Ceramic Commode/ Urinals, Water-less
urinals.
UNSUITABLE FOR: Plaster, natural stone, metal or plastic surfaces.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mixing/Dilution: No mixing or dilution of material should be done. The material
should be delivered directly from original packaging.
Cleaning of the Surface: It must be ensured that the Surface is free of all loose
particles/ dust etc. Before application the ceramic surface must be clean and
completely dry. This coating should be applied as topcoat over ceramic surfaces.
Application of Coating Solution: The material can be applied on the surface by
either Spray, Brush, Roller, Sponge, Tissue paper etc. It should be ensured that the
material is adequately applied until the surface is saturated (This may vary based on
efficiency of applicator. On an average, a liter of the coating material should be
sufficient for about 700 Sq Ft.).
Application conditions: Between + 10 °C (283 K) and + 40 °C (313 K) air and object
temperature; dew temperature should be taken into account when working at low
temperatures. Relative Humidity level should lie between 60% and 80% . Application
process needs to be done in clean & dust-free environment. Application should be
avoided in moist/ humid & rainy environment.

Curing: The coating takes about 3 Hrs to get set completely.
Polishing: After 3 hours the surface should be wiped out with a clean & dry tissue
paper and should then be polished till it becomes completely dry.
Testing: Once coated the performance can be tested by pouring some water on the
coated tiles. If properly coated, the water should form droplets and roll-off.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE OF THE COATED SURFACE: Periodically scaly residues,
deposited salts and dirt must be removed with a nylon brush, if necessary, mild detergents
may also be used. Use of strong detergents and alkali for cleaning purposes is strictly
prohibited.
TOUCH UP & RE-COAT: Existing coatings need not be removed; surface should be prepared
as per above instructions and then recoated.

surface is free from all loose particles/ dust etc. If the glass surface is very dirty or
oily (Fingerprints/Stains) it must be cleaned with a cleaner (detergent
wash/acetone). If glass has been stored over a longer period of time, it must be
cleaned e.g. a glass washing line. That the glass surface is clean and completely dry,
should be ensured, if necessary, it should be wiped with little acetone.

Application of coating solution: Small quantity of the material has to be applied on
the Glass Surface (Approximately about 15 ml/m2, the exact amount need to be
determined on site by a simple Roll –Off Test). Material can be applied by Spraying,
Brushing, Rolling, Dipping or Smearing using soft cloth/tissue paper/sponge. It is
recommended to apply the material in small sections for efficient coating. That the
glass surface is saturated with coating solution needs to be ensured.
Curing: The coating should be allowed to dry naturally for about 3 hours or the
coating may be dried by placing the glass at ambient temperature of 80 to 125 Deg C.
If drying process is natural and if the coating, due to different climatic conditions,
does not dry up even after about 3 hrs, then it needs to be wiped off/ polished until
it completely dries out.
Polishing: The material once applied need to be polished in circular motion using
clean & dry soft cloth/tissue paper. This can be done by polishing/ rubbing in circular
motions until it is completely rubbed off/dries out. Polishing the material at least
once is recommended in order to ensure the quality of the surface.
Test of Coating: Once coated, performance can be tested by pouring some water on
the coated panels. If coating is done properly, water should form droplets and roll-
off the glass surface and should not spread out into an uniform film.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE OF THE COATED SURFACE: The coated surface should be
periodically cleaned with water only. Detergents or alkaline solutions should preferably be
avoided.
TOUCH UP & RE-COAT: Existing coatings need not be removed; surface should be prepared

Nano Leather Coating PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Based on Chemical Nanotechnology, the synthesized product
contains specially modified Functional Nano Particles that are specially linked into a Silicon
Matrix in a Solvent Base. NANO LEATHER COATING material, when applied on leather surface
forms a thin layer with excellent roll-Off behavior for water, simplifying the removal of dirt
and scaly residues and imparting anti-bacterial and anti-fungal behaviour.
