COLOUR AND TREATMENTS

We are proud to only work with the highest quality human hair extensions that are made from real human hair collected from a donor. Remy hair means all the cuticles (the outer layer of the hair) are intact, running in the same direction at the time of collection. This allows for almost no tangling and ensures that the extensions remain smooth and blend naturally through your own hair. Hair extensions can be treated just like your own natural hair. You can straighten, curl, blow dry, colour them, and apply selected hair products.

We recommend hair extension/correction services for clients who require not just length but would like to add thickness and volume or simply experiment with different colour shades. It’s great for day to day styling or as a treat for special occasion.

Please note: All colour services require skin sensitivity test 48 hours prior to your colour service. We reserve the right to not carry out the service if a skin test is not carried out. How to start your hair reduction/removal and skin rejuvenation journey (using ILP) with AuraWe suggest an initial FREE no obligation consultation to determine not only whether the IPL treatment is the right treatment, but to also thoroughly explain everything that is involved, including preparation, treatment and aftercare advice will be given. As a guideline, on average course of 6-8 treatments will be required to obtain the best results. Hair growth, skin condition and other factors are all taken into consideration before determining how many sessions will be required. The length of time between treatments varies, but generally we allow one treatment per week, estimated length of course is 6 to 8 weeks. Split payment options available (please ask your Aesthetician).

The therapists may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during a deep tissue massage. You may be asked to breathe deeply as the massage therapist works on tense areas.

After the massage, you may feel some stiffness or soreness, but it should subside within a day or so.

Depending on your needs this massage can last 30minutes to 60mintues. 30 minutes is for a single body area, for example legs or back. 60mintues is for the full body massage.

RELAXING BACK MASSAGE£35 (30 mins)A similar treatment to the relaxing body massage. However instead of treating the whole body it just treats the back, neck and shoulders. This massage also uses long smooth gliding strokes that are both rhythmic and flowing. It is designed to relieve any stress you may have that is carried in the back, neck and shoulders. It does not relive chronic pain however it does improve circulation and helps remove any toxic build-up through the lymphatic drainage system.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE £45 (45 mins)Originated in India, millennia ago. The art was developed with the aim of stimulating long, healthy hair. Over the years the massage has been adapted with Swedish massage techniques, to treat areas of the body that are most affected by stress. However, while the treatment is just on the upper part of the body its effects are felt throughout the mind and body.

Indian Head Massage usually begins with working on the upper back and shoulders. A combination of deep massage techniques and using pressure on release points helps to relax and loosen the muscles. The massage moves upwards, into the neck and finishes in the scalp. Main benefits of Indian head massage are alleviating headaches, improving circulation and helps facilitate sleep.

CHILDREN’S PAMPER PARTIESPrincess Pamper Parties are the most unique and exciting children’s party service for children. Every little girl wants to be a princess for the day, and here at Aura it can become a reality for all the girls or little madams aged 4-12 years.

GIFT VOUCHERSGift vouchers are perfect for any occasion, or just to say ‘thank you’ to that special someone. Give them an excuse to indulge in a little ‘me’ time. For your convenience our gift vouchers can be purchased on our website at auraclinic.co.uk. You can also buy vouchers from our reception team or over the phone. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all hairdressing and beauty services, as well as any retail products.

All that’s left for you to do is to decide how much you want to spoil someone…

Duration and Prices:Parties last between 1½ - 2 hours at £15 per child, minimum 4 children, maximum 8 children (for the salon party).

Goodie bags are optional at £2.50 extra per bag

If you would like a bespoke party, or would like us to come to your party destination then please get in touch.

Please note children’s ages for the party is guidance only, we can also accommodate larger groups of children at the salon or your party destination.
