CMR Vendor Portal

Overview The CMR Vendor Portal was created to extend the CMR (Comprehensive Medical Review) functionality in the EPSROI system to users external to Envision. Users from Companies Envision has contracted with to conduct Comprehensive Medical Review’s (CMR’s) for EnvisionRxplus Prescription Drug Plan members will be granted secure access. This access allows users to locate, schedule and conduct and record CMR’s interviews with Envision members.

Objective The objective of this guide is to provide an overview on how to use the CMR Vendor Portal including user registration, User Name and Password management, locate a member and complete a CMR.

Prerequisites • Familiar with accessing a web site via a web browser (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Google Chrome) • Familiar with the Envision CMR process

User Registration Envision will provide users with a URL Link: http://www.envisionrxplus.com/cmrportal/login.aspx that when clicked on or copied and pasted into a web browser, takes the user to the CMR Portal Login Page.

The first step is for the user to register by clicking on the “Not Yet Registered?” menu option. Clicking this option will launch the Registration Page (See Figure – 2 CMR Portal Registration Page) User enters information into the following fields – all fields are required fields. Error messages will appear if a field is left blank, or if the information entered is not valid (does not match the specified format requirements). Error message(s) will also appear if the “Save” button is clicked and there are issues with any of the fields on the page.

Once you have completed entering your information, click on “Save” button to save your information. Upon successful save you will see a message on the screen “Your registration has been sent successfully. You will receive an email once it has been approved.”

Confirm Email: Must match with Email address entered

User Name: Any combination of characters - will be used each time the user logs-in to the Portal

Password:Minimum of 6 characters required - will be used each time the user logs-in to the Portal

Confirm Password: Must match with Password address entered

Saving your registration information generates an inquiry to Envision to review your request and approve access to the CMR Vendor Portal. You will receive an email message from [email protected] at the email address you provided that includes instruction information. (See Figure – 3 Online Registration Confirmation – Request Received). NOTE: Remember to check your SPAM folder in case your email systems flags this message as SPAM.

Your online User Name is XXXX. Your registration request has been sent for approval. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved.

Forgot Your User Name – by clicking on this link (see Figure – 6 Login Help), the user is provided with instructions on how to retrieve their User Name.

CMR – Scheduled Member Search Tab The Member Search functionality is used to locate a member for which the user is conducting a Comprehensive Medical Review. Enter the Member ID and click the “Search” Button as shown in Figure 12 below.

The system will return the search results as shown in Figure - 13. Clicking on the Member ID will launch the CMR form (Figure - 14). Multiple rows may appear in the results if the member has had previous CMR’s conducted. An invalid Member ID will return the following error message “Your search returned zero results”

CMR Form – Collecting Interview Information The form in Figure – 14 is used to collect Interview Information. The form is made up of 3 key sections, Member Info, Notes Section, and Interview Details. Refer to Table – 2 CMR Form Field Listing for form details. Basic member information is automatically populated with the current member information. Also there may be Notes in the Notes Field and information in the Interview Details section from previous CMR’s. Notes from previous CMR’s cannot be erased or over written. New notes created will be added to the Notes list once the form is saved. Navigation – the “Log Out” button when depressed will log the user out and return to the main login page. The “Clear” button will clear some of the contents in the New Notes and Interview Detail section. The “Save” button saves the information entered into the form and returns the user to the “Member Search screen. NOTE: there are required fields in the Interview Details section of the form that must be filled out in order to save the form.
