Our LED-lighting is based on the newest technology, which means an

effi ciency of 97%, a percentage among the highest rates today. This en-

sures a long lifespan and minimizes failures. The amount of light of CME

LED-lighting exceeds already fl uorescent tube lighting measured in Lux.

C M E – L E D M O D U L E S

CME–LED modules are an optimized solution for

automotive use, the input range is 10-30V and

the integrated control system guarantees a long

lifespan even in harsh environments. The modules

are optimized for a lifespan of 50,000 hours – 70%

and need no cooling to achieve this lifetime. The

modules can be connected to light lines and used

without dimming, or dimming between 0 – 100%

by PWM (pulse width modulation) or dimming with

2-steps. The modules can be easily installed also

as replacement for the current fl uorescent lighting.

DL-Series is the “economical solution” in the

CME Lighting Family. The material of the casing is

PVC, which has a fi re safety classifi cation of VO,

meaning that it is self-extinguishing. The DL-Series

is typically installed in two lines with T8 tubes.

DS-Series lighting is surface mountable and a very

low fixture, suitable especially for lighting lines.

The base is aluminium and the diffuser is poly-

carbonate, clear or milk white. The ease of instal-

lation and maintenance is a significant benefit for

bus- and coachbuilders as well as for traffic com-

panies. The shape of the diffuser enables a strong

light distribution and this element is used for single

lightlines up to 7 meters in citybuses.

MS-Series lights are elements for recessed lighting.

The base is aluminium and the diffuser is polycar-

bonate, available in milk white. The element is easy

to mount and the light distribution is strong. The

MS-Series element can be delivered with dimma-

ble or non-dimmable inverters and can be mounted

as lighting lines too. All inverter models with this

element are e17 approved.

E S - S E R I E S

ES-Series is a lighting element with T5 tubes for

surface mounted lighting. The element is only

35 mm from the roof surface and the modular

construction of the element makes it easy to

install. The ES-Series is typically used as separate

elements in citybuses or middle-roof lighting in

coaches.

ID 18-36W is a universal model which can be used

to replace most of the ballasts between 18W–

36W with 2-step or no dimming. The product has

proven to be one of the most reliable solutions in

the market. The reliability has been increased with

2-sided PCB with carefully chosen components.

The product meets the EC95/54 directive with e17

approval.

I D 14 – 2 8 W

ID14–28W ballasts are pulse width modulated or

2-step regular ballasts for T5 fluorescent tubes

with a thin and small outlook. Stepless dimming

between 0–100% or 2-step between 100%–65%.

Optional integrated LED night light which can be

used as the 3rd dimming stage. The product meets

the EC2006/104 directive with e17 approval.

I D 1 8 A N D 3 6 W

ID18 and 36W 12V and 24V ballasts without dim-

ming are economical alternatives for T5- ja

T8-fluorescent tubes. The product is designed

to maximize the lighting capacity of a fl uorescent

tube.

LED Info Signs are a new way to use signs

based on LEDs in buses, coaches and trucks.

The modules are only 10 mm thin and surface

mountable. There’s no need to install the sign

inside the stucture of a vehicle. Customized texts

are available.

Smart Chargers are “switch on and forget”

-chargers. Smart Charger ensures the best pos-

sible results in all conditions – even though one is

using the charger from a badly adjusted AC-power

source, such as a generator. The models can be

delivered with different cabling and connection

options.

Smart Charger 12V ja 24V are compact and fully

water proof chargers for all types of batteries. The

microprocessor based construction al lows

charging by battery type. These rugged models

can be installed in harsh environments without

Smart Power offers top quality technology in a

compact size. In order to ensure durability and

quality top class-components have been used in

the manufacturing of the power supply. The LCD-

display shows the adjustable voltage and current

in the power supply. The output voltage can be

adjusted between 0–108 V and current up to

30 A.

XTC Voltage Regulators have been developed to

adjust the rotation speed of a DC-motor or the light

capacity of an electric bulb. The stepless adjusting

rate is between 0–100%.

One XTC Voltage Regulator with ON/OFF-potentio-

meter can be used to control in a 12V system

– max 11x 20W halogen lamps or max 22x 10W

halogen lamps, or ventilators up to 210W, and in a

24V system – max 22x 20W halogen lamps or max

44x 10W halogen lamps, or blowers up to 450W.

XTC Voltage Regulator PWM (pulse width modula-

tion) can be used to adjust the rotation speed of

a DC motor such as a ventilator. Adjusting rate

The SW Pure Sinewave inverter family is a new

inverter generation based on many years of

inverter development and design. Taking all the

power range between 100VA and 4000VA, the SW

Sinewave inverters offer great reliability and dura-

bility combined with attractive design. The circuit

board of the SW sine wave inverter units is assem-

bled by modern SMD technology that is built in an

appealing anodized aluminium housing.

The automotive EMC electromagnetic compatibil-

ity directive 2006/28/EC was introduced to ensure

that the driver’s direct control of a vehicle is not

affected by electromagnetic interference from in-

stalled electronic and electrical equipment.
