PEBy attending sports clubs, students are continuing to develop skills and

knowledge learnt during lessons. It is the perfect opportunity to develop

teamwork and advance skills and therefore, students who regularly

attend clubs have an increased chance of being selected to represent

the school in a wide range of sporting activities. Students who regularly

attend club and represent the school at a range of sports will have the

opportunity to receive half and full colours.

Half Colours are achievable for pupils in Year 8 and Year 10 who have

represented the school in at least 2 different sports or in some cases

the county, shown consistent commitment to at least 3 extra-curricular

clubs and lastly maintained the highest standards of sportsmanship

throughout their time competing.

Full Colours are achievable in Year 10. Pupils must have represented

the school across at least 3 different sports or in some cases the

county, shown consistent commitment to at least 4 extra-curricular

clubs and lastly maintained the highest standards of sportsmanship

throughout their time competing.
