Forty five year old Caucasian male; Skeletal and Dental class lll, ongoing orthodontic treatment by Dr. Lawson; Harvested bone graft from anterior ileac crest, Maxillary Le fort osteotomy to advance and lower upper jaw with surgical stent 4 – 6mm, Screw was placed in-between orbits in the frontal/ nasal bone for a temporary reference point. Calcium carbonate blocks placed as well as block and cancellous bone grafts with rigid fixation via bone screws, ligature wire and adjustable bone plates. Patient medicated with anceph, dexamethasone and morphine pump.
