Tekhné è parola di origine greca (τέχνη) legata a svariati concetti di tecnica con un significato importante identificato come arte, arte del saper fare, del saper applicare, del sapere operare. E’ legato al concetto di cultura basata sulle conoscenze oggettive e tecniche (nuove metologie, innovazioni, nuovi materiali, nuove forme).E’ l’insieme di metodi razionali coinvolti nella produzione di un oggetto e impiegati nella realizzazione di un obiettivo: il metodo attraverso l’arte , saper unire l’artigianalità ad un alto grado di professionalità.

Il significato di TEKHNE ci rappresenta al meglio esprimendo la nostra professionalità che nasce dalla cultura del progetto. Abbiamo quindi scelto di impiegare la nostra arte al servizio della collettività per realizzare sistemi di sedute e soluzioni di arredo integrate da un design razionale, contemporaneo per far vivere al meglio gli ambienti: per lavorare, riposare, imparare e divertirsi. Il nostro mestiere è l’applicazione pratica della nostra arte.

Tekhné is a word of Greek origin (τέχνη) that is linked to a variety of technical concepts having an important significance that can be understood as art, the art of know how, of knowing how to make application, of knowing how to do things. It is linked to the concept of a culture based on awareness that is both objective and technical (new methodologies, innovations, new materials and new forms).It is the sum of all the scientific methodologies involved in the production of an item and brought to bear in the attainment of an objective:

method through art, the ability to marry craftsmanship to a high degree of professionalism.It is the meaning of TEKHNE that represents us best, expressing our professionalism born from the culture of design. Hence we have chosen to employ our art in the service of the common good in order to produce seating systems and integrated furnishing solutions with a rational, contemporary design that enable spaces to be enjoyed to the full: spacesrking, relaxing, learning or for entertainment. Tekhné kommt aus dem Griechischen (τέχνη) und ist ein Begriff, der verschiedene technische Aspekte beinhaltet, mit einer starken Komponente in der Bedeutung von Kunst, Kunst der Fertigung, der Anwendung, des Handelns. L’identità di Tekhne si fonda sulla cultura del progetto e, grazie alla professionalità acquisita negli anni di attività e presenza sul mercato internazionale, l’azienda si è specializzata nelle soluzioni d’arredo contract e nell’arredamento d’interni. The seating, support surfaces and objects designed and manufactured by Tekhne are the result of listening to customer’s needs, of deciphering the spaces to be furnished and of the ability to adapt shapes, materials and sizes.
