You arrive at your elementary school; you have a textbook, a flash program for the textbook, a TV with cables to hook up a laptop and a home room teacher.

Setting the scene:

I teach at five schools. That's a different school every day. Each week I teach around about 250 students and that isn't including the students that I teach at middle school, I don't count them because I teach sporadically there. If I added them then it would jump up to 500 or more.

So how do I call on them in class?
