At RippleMatch, we understand firsthand the kinds of challenges that come with trying to find the perfect job. It’s why we created our platform in the first place – to make this process a whole lot easier. To continue improving this process, we sent out a survey to find out the state of the job search – what you found the most challenging, how you found your job, and why you accepted it.
We’ve also collected information on the top paying roles to aid you in future job searches and show you how you stack up against your peers. After all, it can be hard to negotiate for higher pay if you don’t know what you should be making in the first place.

With close to 30% of respondents reporting working in the greater NYC area, it’s clear many graduates are choosing to call the biggest city in the US home.
