“Fit has a Feeling!”—Propel FitnessWater, that slogan has really stuck withme because I believe it’s true. There is afeeling that comes with consistent exer-cise. While you may not be able to putyour finger on it, it’s there.
The theme of this year’s catalog is“Fitness for Life.” The 50+ Sports &Fitness Program invites you to getinvolved in one or more of the manyactivities they offer. Get fit for yourhealth. Get fit for life!
Research has proven that regular exer-cise and staying physically active canhelp prevent and/or delay many diseasesand disabilities. Exercise also helps
older adults improve the four areas thatare important for staying healthy andindependent: strength, balance, flexibil-ity, and endurance. The good newsis….whatever your age, it’s never toolate to improve your health.
So look through this catalog, find anactivity that interests you, and “Get Fitfor Life.”
