Department of Corrections, an article or articles declared to be contraband, to-wit: Apple Watch,
without going through regular channels as authorized by the officer in charge of said institution, in
violation of Florida Statutes 944.47(1)(a)1 and 944.47(2);

did unlawfully and knowingly alter, destroy, conceal, or remove any record, document, or thing, to-wit:
messages in Iphone, with the purpose to impair its verity or availability in any proceeding or
investigation, knowing full well that a criminal trial or proceeding or an investigation by a duly
constituted prosecuting authority, law enforcement agency or grand jury of this state is pending or is
about to be instituted, in violation of Florida Statute 918.13(1)(a);
Contrary to the form of the statute in such cases made and provided and against the peace and dignity of
the State of Florida.
THESE ARE, THEREFORE, to command you to arrest and bring the above named defendant
before the CIRCUIT Judge to be dealt with according to law.
THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ENDORSES BAIL IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,000.00
AND DOES/DOES NOT AUTHORIZE MODIFICATIONS OF THIS BAIL BY THE JUDGE
