Booking Process1. Please make your initial reservation directly through our Events Team by telephone 01438 841464 or e-mail events@tewinbury.co.uk or for a Restaurant booking please contact 01438 717793 or e-mail williams@tewinbury.co.uk. Your reservation will then be held for 14 days. Unless confirmed by sending the required deposit in the post, or over the phone, your booking will automatically be released. 2. A £20 deposit per person is required to confirm your party night booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your deposit is received your booking is confirmed. Multiple cheques/credit/debit cards will not be accepted for deposits or in payment of final accounts. 3. We do not accept American Express or Diners cards.4. A letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you as a guarantee of admission. 5. Full payment must be received no later than 1st November or we will deem your booking cancelled. This does not apply to restaurant bookings.6. Main course choices to be pre-ordered no later than 3 weeks prior to the event. These must be forwarded via e-mail to events@tewinbury.co.uk. For Restaurant bookings, all parties over 6 must pre-order all courses, please forward to: williams@tewinbury.co.uk

Terms & Conditions1. Final numbers and any outstanding balances are required no later than 1st November 2017. For Restaurant bookings only deposits are taken. The remaining balance must be paid on the day (excluding Christmas Day, to be pre-paid by the 30th November). 2. No refunds or transfers will be given for non attendance on the night. 3. For sole occupancy bookings, a minimum number will be stipulated depending on the date/venue. 4. Anyone wearing trainers will not be admitted. The management reserve the right to refuse admission.5. The management do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to guests property, however caused. 6. No beverages are to be brought on to (or consumed) Tewin Bury Farm Hotel property, other than those purchased at the event bar. 7. The hotel, at its discretion, will decide on the room, the set up and may use either round or oblong tables.8. We reserve the right to offer an alternative date should it be necessary to cancel an event due to lack of response/customer cancellation and will not be held responsible for any additional cost incurred as a result of this. 9. Tewin Bury Farm Hotel will not accept liability for any claim caused by the action of a guest and reserves the right to refuse entrance to any event held on the Hotel property, should the Duty Manager deem a guest unfit.

Cancellation Policy1. Once the hotel receives your deposit it is non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Any cancellations before the 1st November will be a loss of deposit, any cancellations after the 1st November will incur a 100% cancellation charge.3. We do not provide refunds for no-shows / late cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, our events will always continue to run whatever the weather.

Getting to UsA1(M) Travelling SouthboundExit at J6 (signposted Welwyn Garden City). At roundabout take the 1st exit (sign-posted A1000). Stay in left lane on this dual carriage way and at next roundabout take 1st exit (straight over) towards Digswell. After 0.1 mile go straight over mini roundabout. Continue for 1 mile (you are now on B1000) and the Tewin Bury Farm driveway will be on your lefthand side.

A1(M) Travelling NorthboundExit A1 (M) at junction 6 (signposted Welwyn Garden City) and at the roundabout take 2nd exit (signposted A1000). In 0.3 miles at the next roundabout take 4th exit, past the Roman Baths on the left. Follow under the motorway bridge and at the following roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout take 1st exit (straight over) towards Digswell. After 0.1 mile go straight over mini roundabout. Continue for 1 mile (you are now on B1000 Hertford Road) and the Tewin Bury Farm driveway will be on your left-hand side (Look out for the hanging sign!)

From A10Exit at A414 junction and follow signs to Hertford. Upon arrival in Hertford continue to follow A414 signs to Hatfield. At the Hertingfordbury roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Thieves Lane. Take 1st exit at the next roundabout towards Welwyn. You are now on the B1000 and after 3 miles the Tewin Bury Farm driveway will be on your right hand side.

NB Tewin Bury Farm Hotel is situated just outside the village of Tewin, do not follow signs for Tewin Village.
