KETEX is the only company in India to manufacture Texturised fiber glass yarn braided with brass wire and hybridfiber glass yarn mixed with cellulose for applications in non-asbestos clutch facings. The product was developedafter 2 long years of R&D. The yarns are available in 10 kgs spool.

These are made out of continuous and

Texturised Glass fiber yarns and are

available upto maximum diameter of

30mm.These chords, ropes and gaskets

unllike asbestos do not absorb moisture,

soil or disintegrate even in sea water

and can be removed and reused, even

at a temperature of 300oC. Performance

is comparable with asbestos upto a

temperature of 550oC.

These are widely used for airtight (high

temperature) sealing applications,

windings over hot fluid ductwork, boilers

and furnace doors.

venture, set up in the year 1991. In 2001 after financial

independent of its parent company.

synthetic yarn for use in lead acid batteries, high

temperature, cryogenic, gaseous, automobiles,

railways, corrosive and other hazardous industrial

application areas.

The company has its own facilities of weaving,

processing and coating of fabric with various polymers

& resin system like PTFE, Fluoro elastomers, Acrylic,

Graphite, Silicone, Melamine, Silane and Phenol

For specialised applications, work is undertaken from

design stage by our company�s personnel and R&D.

available, not only for problem resolution but for

innovative product development and new design.
