The China Marketing & Strategy Programme Shanghai is part of the London Mayor’s Export Programme (in partnership with UK Trade & Investment and KPMG) - a programme to help British businesses fast track access to the opportunities in China; the world’s largest emerging market.

This unique programme’s stringent selection process offered successful applicants, such as Ken J Davey, Founder & Managing Director of Original & Distinctive Limited, the opportunity to combine theory and practice. With the help of renowned speakers and industry experts, the programme included a specially designed 5 day course at Fudan* University in Shanghai - to ensure that UK SMEs understand the issues to consider when targeting China. The programme looked at how to develop a marketing and business strategy and how to develop a sustainable trading operation in one of the most potentially lucrative and interesting territories in the world. It also included the opportunity to meet with key representatives from the Chinese business community.
