51 - 119Studies on Triepoxide Analogues of Triptolide. — Triepoxideanalogues such as (IV) of the potent and antileukemic and immunosuppressivenatural product triptolide are prepared by oxidation of dienooxiranes suchas (I) with in situ generated dioxiranes and basic hydrogen peroxide.
