    There will be five supporters club packages for the coming season. These will beseparated into Facebook, bronze, silver, gold and platinum. These supporters clubpackages are designed for local supporters only.

    Facebook supporters club scheme

    The Facebook tier is designed for supporters to officially affiliate with Chelsea FC. Therewill be no fee and no Match Ticket access for this tier.

    This membership scheme will include:

    Creator/Administrator to be able to attend the supporters club end of seasondinner.

    Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held atStamford Bridge.

    The Creator/Administrator will receive one free True Blue Digital Membership.

    Bronze supporters club schemeThe bronze membership scheme is open to all supporters clubs around the worldincluding in the UK and will be a non-Match Ticket based scheme.

    The requirements of this scheme will be:

    A minimum of 30 members associated to the supporters club (do not have to beTrue Blue Members) but the members data must be sent to Chelsea FC.

    Association with Chelsea FC with no cost.

    This scheme is a non-Match Ticket related scheme.

    1 secretary to run the scheme on behalf of the supporters clubs members.

    No fee can be charged to the supporters clubs members for this scheme

    Associated members details will be required for the annual club trip prior toapplication, subject to availability. Match Tickets will be charged at the non-members price.

    Chelsea FC will not accept applications for the bronze tier scheme after December31st 2012.

    This membership scheme will include:

    Certificate of affiliation.

    Details on the official club website (contact name, email address or telephonenumber).

    Special tour rate.

    This tier will require one secretary who will receive one free True Blue Digitalmembership. An official membership application form will need to be fullycompleted and sent to the supporters clubs office. Memberships are non-transferable*.

    Downloadable members certificate.

    2 meetings a year (secretary only) with Chelsea FC.

    Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50 merchandise vouchers

    Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year.

    Silver supporters club schemeThe Silver membership scheme is open to all supporters clubs around the world includingthe UK.

    The requirements of this scheme will be:

    The silver membership scheme will require a minimum of 50 (local) True BlueMembers or Season Ticket Holders for the UK, a minimum of 25 True BlueMembers or Season Ticket Holders for Europe and a minimum of 15 True BlueMembers or Season Ticket Holders for the rest of the world.

    Subscription - the supporters club can charge its members a maximum of 10each to join and this will cover the cost of postage/phone calls/affiliation etc. Areceipt must be given to each member who affiliates.

    Associated members details will be required for the annual club trip prior toapplication, subject to availability. Tickets will be charged at the non-membersprice.

    We will not accept membership applications for the silver tier scheme afterDecember 31

    st2012 (this includes adding True Blue Members or Season Ticket

    Holders).

    Club secretaries must complete the affiliated application form before Match Ticketapplications can be made. Match Tickets will only be sold to members who areadded to the affiliated application form prior to any Match Ticket application orderperiod.

    Bank account/year end figures to be supplied.

    The cost of a club to join the silver supporters club membership will be 75.00 perseason.

    This tier will require one secretary who will receive one free True Blue DigitalMembership. An official membership application form will need to be fullycompleted and sent to the supporters club office. Memberships are non-transferable*.

    The club must hold a minimum of 2 meetings a season with its members (agendaand minutes to be sent to Chelsea FC).

    Silver membership will include:

    Tickets for Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenhamwill only be sold to members from Europe and the rest of the world who have 5loyalty points or more. Supporters in the UK must have a minimum of 10 loyaltypoints. There will be a maximum of 500 tickets available on a first come first

    served basis for these games.

    Gold membership will include:

    Details on the official club website (contact name, email address or telephonenumber).

    1 signed ball.

    1 signed shirt.

    Certificate of affiliation.

    Home Match Ticket priority.

    2 magazines to each club.

    2 meetings a year (secretary/treasurer only) with Chelsea FC.

    Any unused away domestic Match Tickets from the platinum clubs allocation willbe sold to gold clubs on a first come first served basis.

    Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50 merchandise vouchers.

    Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year.

    Club officials can attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be atthe supporters clubs own cost).

    Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held atStamford Bridge.

    The secretary and treasurer for the gold clubs will have the opportunity topurchase 1 ticket each for a cup final or semi final for their use only.

    Should one of the officials be a Season Ticket Holder they will receive a gift card to spendin the club megastore to replace the digital membership offer*.

    Platinum supporters club schemeThe platinum membership scheme is open to all supporters clubs around the worldincluding the UK.

    The requirements of this scheme will be:

    The platinum membership scheme will require a minimum of 110 (local) True Blue

    Members or Season Ticket Holders for the UK, a minimum of 70 True BlueMembers or Season Ticket Holders for Europe and a minimum of 50 True BlueMembers or Season Ticket Holders for the rest of the world.

    Subscription - the supporters club can charge its members a maximum of 10each to join and this will cover the cost of postage/phone calls/affiliation etc. Areceipt must be given to each member who affiliates.

    All members must be True Blue Members and Season Ticket Holders and not justassociated with the supporters club.

    The club must hold a minimum of 2 meetings a season with its members (agendaand minutes to be sent to Chelsea FC).

    4 yearbooks per club.

    Pitch presentations (player of the year matches to be confirmed during the season).

    Home Match Ticket priority.

    150 Away Match Tickets (in total for all platinum clubs) for the domestic FA

    Premier League and domestic cup games only will be set aside to be sold on afirst come first served basis.

    400 Match Tickets for cup finals and semi finals away from Stamford Bridge.Match Tickets can only be sold to Members or Season Ticket Holders who have aminimum of 16 loyalty points or more.

    50 Match tickets for Champions League away games (excluding the final and semifinal) where Chelsea FC receives more than 2000 Match Tickets from theopposing club. Match Tickets will only be sold to Members or Season TicketHolders who have a minimum of 16 loyalty points or more. Full declaration criteriaapplies for these Match Tickets.

    All platinum clubs will have the opportunity to purchase one Match Ticket perMember/Season Ticket Holder for the FA Community Shield. All club membersmust be fully paid at least one week in advance of this Match Ticket going on sale.

    2 match day programmes will be available for the clubs. Programmes can becollected on Match day by the secretary/treasurer only. Should the programmesnot be collected they will be sent out the following working day to the secretary.

    Priority purchase of tickets for Chelseas Player of the Year event to be held atStamford Bridge.

    Option to vote for the supporters club Player of the Year.

    Club officials can attend the supporters club end of season dinner (travel will be atthe supporters clubs own cost).

    Monthly prize draw for all club members to win 50.00 merchandise vouchers.

    The secretary and treasurer (including assistants) for the platinum clubs will havethe opportunity to purchase 1 Match Ticket each for a cup final or semi final fortheir use only.

    Should one of the officials be a Season Ticket Holder they will receive a gift card to spend

    in the club megastore to replace the digital membership offer*.

    Incentives for New True Blue MembersEach club will be incentivised to sign NEW True Blue Members each season. Thereforeone club in each region (UK, Europe and the rest of the world) who signs the most NEWTrue Blue Members this season will receive the following additional rewards:

    Club rewards

    Officially recognised on the club website as the most grown club.

    Two additional signed shirts.

    Each club will receive a trophy in recognition.

    Magazine article in recognition.

    Secretary rewards

    The secretary and a guest will receive 2 free Match Tickets to any Home Match oftheir choice (flights and hotel not included).

    Club secretary to attend the player of the year dinner at Chelsea FC (flights andhotel not included).

    Tour of Cobham for the secretary and one guest.

    Free stadium tour for the secretary and one guest.

    RENEWING A SUPPORTERS CLUBAll supporters clubs who are making an application to renew for the following season willneed to re-submit the data of its members. It is the responsibility for branch secretaries tocheck ifthe supporters clubs members have renewed for the following season. Asecretary will need to complete the club contact details application and the officialposition application forms.

    Home Match FA Premier League ticketing policyMatch Tickets for Home FA Premier League Matches are sold as follows:

    Match Tickets will go on sale 49 days before the fixture where 49 days falls on aSaturday or Sunday the tickets will go on sale on the following Monday or if Monday is aBank Holiday, then Tuesday.

    Supporters clubs (who qualify to purchase Match Tickets) will be able to apply for 1Match Ticket per member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 45days before the match with a completed Home Match Ticket application form (with fullpayment) for the Match Tickets to be processed.

    Applications after 45 days must be processed via the normal ticketing policy (this willinclude purchasing extra Match Tickets).

    FA Premier League Matches will now be priced at category AA, category A or category B.Tickets for Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham will

    be priced at category AA. Aston Villa, Everton, Fulham, Newcastle United and QueensPark Rangers will be priced at category A. All remaining Matches will be priced atCategory B.Chelsea FC reserves the right to change the pricing category of any fixture.Chelsea Football Club reserves the right to change the category of any fixture outside theMatches listed above.

    Match Tickets can only be sold to True Blue Members and not affiliate members(excluding the annual supporters club trip).

    All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability.

    All Match Tickets are non-transferable.

    Home Match domestic cup ticketing policyThe initial selling date varies depending on the number of days Chelsea FC has to selltickets but the procedure will normally follow the following pattern:

    Supporters clubs (those qualifying to purchase Match Tickets) will be able to apply for 1Match Ticket per Member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 45days before the Match with a completed Home Match application form (with full payment)for the Match Tickets to be processed.

    Applications after 45 days must be processed via the normal ticketing policy (this willinclude purchasing extra Match Tickets).

    The discounted pricing structure for home domestic cup fixtures is subject to agreementprior to each Home Match with the visiting club, as per competition rules.

    Match Tickets can only be sold to Season Ticket Holders/Members and not affiliatemembers (excluding the annual supporters club trip).

    UEFA Champions League Home Match pricing policy and selling arrangementsMatch Tickets for home UEFA Champions League games will go on sale as follows:

    Supporters clubs (those qualifying to purchase tickets) will be able to apply for 1 Match

    Ticket per Member only. All applications must be applied for no later than 5pm, 45 daysbefore the Match with a completed Home Match Ticket application form (with full payment)for the Match Tickets to be processed.

    These timings may alter if there is a reduced selling period, especially for knockout stagegames, though phasing will stay the same. Full details will be on Chelsea FCs website.

    Chelsea FC reserves the right to review the number of Match Tickets Members/SeasonTicket Holders can purchase on a game by game basis.

    Round of 16 matches will be priced at category A ticket prices. Quarter finals and semifinal Matches will be priced at category AA.

    All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability.

    All Match Tickets are non-transferable.

    UEFA Champions League Away Match Ticket schemeMatch Tickets for Away Champions League Matches are sold as follows:

    Platinum supporters clubs will be able to apply for 1 Match Ticket per Season TicketHolder/Member only. All applications must be received by Chelsea FC no later than 5pm,33 days before the Match. A completed Away Match application form and declaration(with full payment) will be required in order for the Match Tickets to be processed. Allcustomers completing the declaration form must also include proof of transport booking(non-UK matches only).

    Tickets can only be sold to a Season Ticket Holder/Member and not to affiliate members.

    All Match Ticket sales are subject to availability.

    All Match Tickets are non-transferable.

    TICKETING LOYALTY SCHEME

    Chelsea FC ticketing Season Ticket Holders and Members loyalty scheme For the 2012/2013 season, the loyalty scheme will continue to operate for all Chelsea FC

    Home and Away Matches.

    Loyalty points will be used prior to domestic cup finals, UEFA Champions League semifinal and final and FA Cup semi final*. Points earned leading up to these games will beactivated giving priority on Match Tickets, subject to availability.

    Points will be awarded dependent on the opposition/competition.1 point:

    ArsenalLiverpoolManchester City

    Manchester UnitedTottenham

    UEFA Champions League home knockout stages

    3 points: All other home and away FA Premier League games

    5 points: All FA Cup, Carling Cup home and away games and UEFA ChampionsLeague group stage Home and Away Matches.

    Match Tickets for the Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, QPR andTottenham Home and Away Matches will be sold in a loyalty point basis where possible.

    Points will not be awarded for attendance at any domestic cup final, UEFA ChampionsLeague final or the FA Cup semi final. Loyalty points will only apply to Match Ticketspurchased from the box office/call centre and via Thomas Cook for Away Champions

    League Matches.Loyalty points will not apply to hospitality packages or Viagogo purchases.

    Points will be issued per-Match and not per-Match Ticket.

    A 5 point bonus will also be awarded to any Member who renews theirMembership/enrols for the 2012/13 season before close of business on 31

    stJuly 2012.

    Point bonuses may be attached to specific Matches during the season. Loyalty pointsmay take up to 48 hours to add to a Season TeamCard/Membership card once a salehas been processed.

    * Chelsea FC reserves the right to apply the use of the loyalty points process inorder to obtain Match Tickets to any other fixture outside of the Matches listedabove, if required.

    Match day Ticket administrative feeAll Match Ticket credit/debit card transactions will be subject to a 1.50 per Match Ticketadministration fee.

    Postage of Match TicketsUKOrders of 15 Match Tickets or more will be sent to a UK address by special delivery at thesupporters clubs cost. Please state on your booking form if you wish to have the MatchTickets despatched to you or whether you will be collecting them from Stamford Bridge.

    Europe and Rest of the WorldAll Match Ticket orders going to Europe or the rest of the world can be posted out to thesecretary by courier in advance of the Match at the supporters clubs cost. Please stateon your booking form if you wish to have the Match Tickets despatched to you or whetheryou will be collecting them from Stamford Bridge.

    Chelsea FCs responsibility for the Match Tickets ends from the moment the MatchTickets are posted. Chelsea FC is therefore not responsible for any failings of the postalsystem.

    MerchandiseChelsea FC merchandise is available subject to minimum numbers. Please contact thesupporters club office for further details.

    Bank/building society detailsSupporters clubs (where stated) must have their own bank/building society account. All

    payments must be made through the supporters club account either by cheque/debitcards. The account will be required to be submitted at the end of each season. Thesecretary and treasurer will need to be the named signatories.

    Trademarks and logoThe Chelsea logo, or crest as it is known, is registered to Chelsea FC. This means that itcannot be used on any literature or product without Chelsea FCs consent. This isimportant because it maintains the integrity of the crest, so that anyone purchasing theproduct knows that it is authentic.

    As a consequence it is important to note that this restriction of use applies to supporters

    clubs. Should you wish to use the crest, you must first seek Chelsea FCs consent (viayour club liaison officer), stating the purpose for which you wish to use it. Under nocircumstances should you use it without Chelsea FCs consent; to do so would jeopardiseyour official status.

    ReferencesIt will be necessary to provide two references for the position of supporters club secretaryand treasurer (also assistants for platinum clubs) which should be obtained from anemployer or professional person. This will be required prior to the formation of yoursupporters club. Please supply details on the form provided.

    Membership cards and packsAll Membership cards and packs will be sent to the Member direct and not via thesecretary.

    Annual club trips

    Supporters clubs can pre-book their annual club trips in advance of matches in order toget the best price on flights/hotels. Applications can be received in advance of the MatchTicket sale date with full payment. Please note this does not include Champions LeagueMatches, the last Home Match of the 2012/2013 season or any Category AA match.Chelsea FC reserves the right to decline advance bookings to any other fixture. Non-Members attending will be priced at the non-Members price.

    Key club positionsPlease note that new supporters clubs CANNOT have family members in the keypositions. This also includes persons at the same address with a different name. Allposition holders must be aged 18 or over.

    Match Ticket pricingAll Match Ticket prices are available from the Chelsea FC Ticketing Policy.

    ALL POLICIES AND TICKETS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MATCH TICKET CONDITIONSOF ISSUE

    This document is designed solely to assist supporters by explaining Chelsea FCsSupporters Club Ticketing Policy. It is not legally binding and is subject to changeat any time at the sole discretion of Chelsea FC.
