About Charleston Forge
We have a long and proud history of creating beautiful, hand-built furniture using steel, wood, glass, stone, and leather. We combine age-old blacksmithing techniques with contemporary designs to create furniture that literally lasts for generations.
We started in 1984 in Boone, North Carolina, with a commitment to providing great products and outstanding customer service — something that we’re proud to say we still accomplish daily.
The skill and experience of our employees give our company the capability to offer more than 300 products in a range of styles and the versatility to handle hundreds of custom projects each year.

variety of categories. › Everything is built at our Boone, NC factory. › Every piece is made to order, by hand. › Almost all our suppliers are located within 100
miles of Boone.
Custom Orders › Orders for custom products account for more
than 20% of our business. › You can customize any in-line product or create
something completely unique. › Submit inquiries to [email protected]. › You will get a response within 48 hours.
Delivery › In-line products ship four to six weeks after order
confirmation. › Custom orders ship six to eight weeks after order
confirmation.
Stock Materials & Finishes › All bases are made out of either solid or tubular
steel. › Seven standard powder coat metal finishes. › Twelve premium hand-painted metal finishes
(with powder coat base). › Solid wood tops and shelves. › Two stock wood species — Oak and Maple. › Ten standard wood finishes. › Two wood distressing options (Natural
Distressing and Hand-Planed). › Four glass top options. › Two stone top options. › Two mirror options. › Nine fabric options. › Fifteen aniline and semi-aniline
leather options. › Two bridle leather options (sling seats only). › COM available on all upholstered products. › Please note that not all options are available on
all products.
