活性部位を含むコアサブユニット。プロモーターの認識と伸長速度に関与。β’に相同。
hRPB3 RPb3 35
コアサブユニット。原核生物のαサブユニットと相同で、Rpb11と機能する可能性あり。
hRPB4 RPb4 25非必須サブユニット。Rpb7と複合体を形成し、ストレス応答に関与する。
hRPB5 RPb5 25共通サブユニット。転写アクチベーターの標的。
hRPB6 RPb6 18共通サブユニット。複合体形成と安定化に寄与。
hRPB7 RPb7 19 定常期のRpb4と複合体を形成。
