• A formal list of the basic rights of a U.S. citizen

• The first ten amendments to the constitution

• Right to worship freely• Freedom of speech and press • The right to assemble and petition

• 2 – The Right bear arms • 3 – Quartering Troops in Homes (Citizens have

the right to refuse)• 4 – Searches and seizures (Officer must have a

warrant)• 5 – legal rights (5 rights involved with the

justice system)
