AUCTION PROCEEDINGS

At check in, each guest will be assigned a bid number. You must use your bid number for your bid to be valid.

SILENT AUCTION RULES

Each auction item has a corresponding bid sheet. To bid, you must write your bid number and the amount of your bid on the bid sheet. Each bid sheet will have an increment amount for additional bids.

The Silent Auction tables will close at set times as outlined in the schedule.

The final bid, highlighted by the check out committee, constitutes the winning bid. A copy of the bid sheet will be left on the table for the bidders information.

In the event of a dispute, the Auction Co-Chairs act as the final authority and determine the winning bid.

All sales are final. Items purchased cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, credit or exchange.

DOOR PRIZES

Door prize drawings will be held throughout the evening. Your bidder number will be the number that will identify you for the drawings. Once a bid number is called, that item and the bid number will be retired from

the Door Prize drawing pool. Door prizes may be picked up at checkout at the end of the auction. You must be present, with the winning bidder number, to win a door prize item.

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

Payment in full is required before any items can be claimed. Cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover will be accepted.

There will be four checkout stations: one for cash/check and the other three for credit card payments.

Purchased items may not be picked up from the Silent Auction area until payment has been made.Gift certificates/gift cards will be distributed at checkout.

The Blue & Gold Foundation wishes to extend its thanks to all who have come out to support our mission of raising funds to benefit Chamblee High School and the greater Chamblee community.

In addition, the Blue & Gold Foundation appreciates all the assistance with the celebration of the Chamblee High School Centennial.
