NOTIFICATION As per the directions of Government, the engineering seats which remained unfilled after

completion of Second Extended Round will be offered to the candidates who have become

eligible in 2016 Supplementary Examination and who have appeared for CET-2016. These

unfilled seats have been hosted on the KEA Website http://kea.kar.nic.in on 27-07-2016 after

6.00 pm along with the rank list of the candidates.

The data pertaining to the candidates who have passed Karnataka Second PU 2016

Supplementary Examination have been obtained directly from Department of PUE. However, the

candidates who have passed 2016 supplementary examination from CBSE, CISCE, 10+2 boards

should submit a photocopy of their 12th standard marks card to this office on or before

28-07-2016 before 5.30 pm by mentioning the CET-2016 Admission Ticket number to be

considered for assignment of ranks.

The candidates who have been assigned ranks in CET-2016 Supplementary Examination

will have to get their original documents verified in any of the established Helpline Centre to be

eligible for Option Entry for choice of allotment of Engineering seat. Please visit

After verification of documents, the candidates can exercise their order of priority of

options in the KEA website http://kea.kar.nic.in by selecting the appropriate link in the option

entry portal.

NOTE:

1. The original documents to be produced during verification have been detailed

in Item – 6 of Chapter – I of CET-2016 Brochure and all other documents as

per their eligibility and the same has been hosted on the KEA Website.

2. Candidates who seek admission to Government seats should compulsorily

produce all the required documents in ORIGINAL with ONE set of photocopies

of all the original documents attested by a Gazetted Officer and two passport

size photographs when they come for document verification at the Helpline

Centre.
