Terms and Condition

• The minimum number for weddings is 100 pax. For birthdays and other events, minimum number is 50pax.

• A P10,000 reservation fee is necessary to block the date of the event and deductible from the contract

price but non- refundable.

• A scheduled food tasting is free (for weddings only) for 2 to 4 persons after the reservation fee has been

paid. For food tasting before reservation, P3,000 – P5,000 will be charged depending on the menu choice.

Additional persons or menu items /upgrades will be charged to the client.

• Service Waiters and Staff will be for four (4) hours starting from the function time. Excess hour will be

charged as overtime – P100/hour/staff

• No corkage fee for the lechon. Only chopping charge will be added (P300 X no. of lechon) for more

than 1 lechon

• For venues with no service elevator, there is an extra charge of P50/floor / staff

• For venues outside of Lipa Batangas, there will be additional transportation charge which will be

determined after the ocular inspection.

• Prices also subject to transportation charge, 10% service charge and 12% VAT.

• Doves are included in the package free of charge, but if lost (released at the church) the client will be

charged P500/pair

• For venues with difficult location of the unloading/loading area/far distance from the function hall, there

will be additional labor charge for the waiters and drivers

• The client will be responsible/shoulder for the board and lodging of the catering staff if necessary (over

night/out of town)

• There is no corkage fee for extra food brought by the client. The caterer will not be held responsible for

food borne illness if there are food from the client.

• For garden set up, if there are no tents provided by the client, in case it rains the caterer will charge an

additional P15 pesos per head for extra laundry charge expenses.

• For garden wedding ceremony, there will be additional labor charge for the waiters if they will set

up/transfer chairs from the ceremony to the reception area of P100 per waiter.

• The use of sparklers inside the venue is prohibited

• Any lost or damaged items/decors/accessories incurred by client or guests will be charged accordingly.

• Additional miscellaneous charges may still apply upon final site inspection of the clients venue and as

assessed by the caterer’s representative /owner.

• Any Caterer’s Fee or Cash Bond shall be shouldered by the client

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any upgrade of the above stated arrangement will incur an extra charge such as additional floral or

customized centerpieces, special backdrops, ceremony set up (garden weddings) etc.
