The Certified Hereford Beef ® ‘Burger’ Program is 100% ground Chuck. At Certified Hereford Beef ® we take pride in providing a product that contains no lean finely textured beef, additives or preservatives. This program provides naturally tender, juicy and flavorful Midwestern grain-fed beef that your customers expect. Certified Hereford Beef ® offers a variety of fresh and frozen patties. Fresh patties are available in 8, 7, 6, 5.33, 4, 3.2 and 2 ounce sizes along with a fresh 5 pound chub. Most fresh patties have up to a 28 day shelf life. Individually quick frozen patties are offered in 8, 5.33 and 4 ounce sizes.
