2. Instructor Led Training: (MENTOR) Learning with a mentor is a highly flexible approach to learning whereby the participant can continue their studies after they have attended a course – should they need more time to complete their work – at their own pace. An instructor (mentor) is present for one-on-one consultations throughout the learning day and gives a more hands-on experience to the learner as opposed to working on your own. It allows you to clarify issues immediately with your mentor.

It requires the ability to work with teams and individuals, set a standard of conduct and take initiative in influencing others.This competency standard covers the skills and knowledge required to plan, organise and present documentation in required formats appropriate for use in the security industry.

CPPSEC3006A Coordinate a quality security service to customers.

CPPSEC3003A Determine response to security risk situation & plan & conduct evacuation of premises and CPPSEC3001A Maintain workplace safety in the security industry.

This competency standard covers the process of providing a security service to customers. It requires the ability to identify the needs of customers. This unit will introduce you to developing a terms of reference for your client and allow you to provide excellent customer service to your clients.This competency standard covers the process of determining an appropriate response to a security risk situation. It requires the ability to analyse the nature and degree of risk and determine response in relation to the evacuation of premises and the safety of persons at risk.

Nine DAY COURSE: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Saturday 9.00 am to 12.00 midday for field exercise. Monday to Thursday following week.Venue: 58 Newcastle Street, Perth. Run every 4th week throughout the year. contact us for dates.

These units will cover demonstration of skills and knowledge through our dynamic practical operation that will involve you actually implementing your Operational Order to pick up your VIP and his valuables and return them both safely to their destination.Utilising the SMEAC model for Operational Planning Paragon Corporate Training is the only RTO in WA that delivers this great skill set. Practical field exercise involving several units of competency here. It involves the implementation of the Operational Plan and integrates the escort of a VIP and their valuables (cash and other assets) from arrival and pick-up from the airport to hotel and from hotel to other venue. The operation involves all team members with specific roles given to all team members.
