Asaresultofthisinstallationwerequestallofourexistingclienteleandfuturecustomerstoreadourcompliancecriteriaonpage11.Itisimportantthatyoubecomefamiliarwiththeform,whichweaskyoutocomplete,signandreturntothetechnicaldepartmentnolaterthan21dayspriortothebeginningofyourtenancy.Itcanbescannedandemailedbackforyourconvenience.

Pyro/Strobelighting/Flammablematerials.

1. PermissionswillbesoughtatcorporatelevelfortheuseoftheaboveelementsandanyintentionforusemustbesupportedbytherelevantH&Scertification,insuranceandcompliancewithUAEpolice,civildefenceandministryguidelines.Ductacmanagementwouldrequire60daysnoticeofanysuch intention.

2. TheuseofPyrotechnicswillrequireafullyqualifiedtechniciantooperateandoverseetheir deployment.

PersonalInjury&DamagetoProperty.

1. AnyinjurysustainedtovisitingpersonnelorcontractorsasaresultoftheirnegligenceorequipmentdefectswillbethefullliabilityofthatpersonandnotassumedbyDuctacpersonnel.

2. Clientsandcontractorsarerequiredtohavefullliabilityinsuranceinplacetoprovidecoverforinjury,death,buildingandequipmentdamage.

3. AnydamagetoDuctacpropertywillresultinrepairorreplacementwithallcostschargedtotheviolatingcompany.

4. Ductacassumesnoliabilityofservices,transportation,personnelorequipmentprovidedbytheclients,contractorsandsub-contractors.

WeherebyagreetocomplywithallDuctacsafetymeasuresandproceduresoutlinedduringourtenancyandagreethatnootherworkotherthanwhathasbeenagreedwillbecarriedoutduringthetenancy.Ductactechnicalandfacilitiesdepartmentswillbenotifiedshouldtherebeanyworknotbeingabletobecompletedwithinthespecifiedtimeslot.
