Valerie Pierce is the Director of Clear & Critical Thinking Ltd and author of the book Quick Thinking on Your Feet. Published in Ireland (2003): Japan (2004): USA (2005): China (2006).

Named as one of Ireland’s Top 50 Most Influential women in Irish Business (Sunday Tribune), Valerie developed the first Clear and Critical Thinking business training module in 1990 and since then has delivered courses and workshops to private and public sector organisations in Ireland, the UK, Europe, China and USA.

Cathal Quinn is Head of Voice at the Gaiety School of Acting and also works in theatre, television and film. He will be dialect coach on Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at the Gate theatre from February 24th and is currently working with Glenn Close, Mia Wasikowska on Albert Nobbs.

SUSAN KINANE MDofESB Independent Ireland

Susan Kinane is MD of ESB Independent Ireland, part of ESB Electric Ireland. Susan joined ESBIE in 2005 as IT Project Manager and then became manager of Customer Operations. She has worked extensively in the industry for many years, both at home and abroad, in the areas of Customer Operations, Call Centre Management and IT Project Management and brings a broad and in depth knowledge of the industry to ESBIE. ESBIE are sponsors of BICT Northern Irelands Connection Programme which looks to mentor start-up and small businesses, providing them with much needed contacts from larger businesses and organizations.
