Though we are still experiencing the heat of summer (100 plus degrees this week!), summer break for

our kids is now over and we are pretty much back into the normal school routine. Everyone had a

blessed summer, although it seemed to have come and gone before we knew it!

House Projects. In the early part of summer the moms houses that had leaky roofs were blessed by

a team from Emerald Coast that dedicated themselves to repairing and reroofing damaged roofs. The

team also worked on water towers for a couple ofthe womens homes that are in an area of town that

has trouble receiving water. Without a doubt these families are grateful for the work that was donefor them.

This team also tremendously blessed one family that has

been in childcare with us for several years. The family has

been working on building their house here and there,

little by little as they have money to work on it. When

the team found out about their situation they were led to

help them finish the foundation for their house as well as

provide funds to put up the roof. This family is another

example of how the Lord uses the childcare ministry toreach the parents: The parents began attending church

after they saw their children learning about the Bible

through Bible Club at CdP. Please keep this family in your

prayers that they would seek to build their life on the

    solid foundation of Christ!

Summer activities at CdP. Throughout the summer our kids had activities put on for them by

various teams that came down to minister where they were taught the Word of God and had a blast!

The team from Emerald Coast taught them the Word through Vacation Bible School; Rainier

Community put on a birthday party for all the kids and moms and CC Red Barn provided shoes forevery one of our kids! Homer, Alaska worked on the shelters solar system. CC Lake Stevens reinforced

the second floor walkway which was very much needed. We thank God for bringing each team down

and all that was accomplished through you this summer to show these families Christs love!

Beach Camp. The peak of the summers activities was the annual beach camp. This years them was 1

Timothy 1:17 He reigns. The kids had three days of fun playing at the beach, camping and receiving

from the Word. It was an opportunity for some of the older kids to grow as they stepped out to serve

as leaders. The Lord used that weekend to work in the hearts of many kids. One in particular, a

eleven-year old boy Manuel, stood up in front of

all the kids and shared how he didnt want to

pretend to follow Jesus anymore but he wanted

give his life to Jesus completely and make Him his

King! The Lord worked in many other ways

through the teachings and the leaders that came

down to invest in these boys and girls lives, in

ways that they will never forget! Praise God for alHe did and for everyone at CC Moreno Valley

    who made it possible!

Calvary Chapel San Vicente . Last year the Lord provided through Calvary Chapel Belmawr to add

on to our church. The church was in need of more space for the childrens ministry and the addition

will be used for the nursery and toddlers when it is finished. This year they put a second story on the

addition and Calvary Chapel Lake Stevens followed up this project by moving the bay door, which is

the main entrance to the church so it can be useable. Please pray for the provision to complete the

building such as the roofing, electric, plumbing

    and painting.

CC Belmawr also put on a VBS at the church and

invited kids from all over the community. At the

same time they also put on a boxing outreach at

the church with a team from Philadelphia for the

boys and men. These outreaches not only

ministered the gospel to the CdP kids but also to

our community. From the boxing outreach was

born a new ministry out of CC San Vicente: A

boxing gym for kids and young men to not only

come and learn a sport but to hear the Word of

    God and be ministered to.

Please keep the church, its ministries and our Pastor in your prayers. Pastor Kiki has been struggling

with health issues such as high blood pressure and diabetes, which are at times severe enough to

inhibit him from being able to do service.

Sewing factory. We are always praying for a way to help our moms earn money with better working

conditions. There is a possibility that we can start a small sewing factory that would be subcontractedby another larger factory that is Christian owned. This would allow us to provide our moms with a

Christian work environment where we know that they will not be taken advantage of. In order to start

the process we need to be registered as a business and go through the legalities. Then of course, we

would have to obtain the machines necessary, such as industrial sewing machines and industrial

overlocks. Please pray for much wisdom from the Lord, His timing, for Him to work out all the details

as we begin the registration process and provision for the machines.

School has begun! As of last week the kids are all back in school. And praise God! He provided for

all the uniforms. That is over 125 school shoes, pants, and shirts! A huge thank you to all those at

Calvary Emerald Coast who provided uniforms for each of these kids!

Bible college students. CC Bible College in Ensenada has also resumed classes. This semester we

have three new students entering and four more returning students (three of which will graduate this

semester). Please pray for the new students Pancho, Tania, and Diana as they adjust to their new life

at the college, that they would have hearts ready to receive all that the Lord has for them as they are

immersed in the Word. Also please pray that God would work mightily in the new students as much

as those who are on their last semester that they would allow the Lord to truly transform them from

the inside out and not just accumulate head knowledge.

Thank You to every one of you who are praying for us and the ministry, and to all those who have

come along side of us here in San Vicente! God bless you!

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever

and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17
