JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist the Marketing Executive implement a social media campaign across key social media platforms. Refresh ongoing with a steady stream of messages to optimise impact. Research Fair Ways initiatives to respond, monitor and report on results weekly.

2. Assist the Marketing Executive design a 12 months rolling marketing calendar of key events to feed as a summary document to individual department marketing calendars. Update the calendar ongoing with new events when agreed.

3. Assist the Marketing Executive for all Marketing events. This to be utilised by all departments. Ensure sign off protocols are observed.

4. Ensure internal messaging is current and within brand guidelines. Update regularly in accordance with Marketing Executive and internal communications strategy.

5. Marketing Executive and internal communications strategy.

6. Track and report on website statistics on a weekly basis. Statistics to include (but not limited to) social media conversions, advertisement tracking and demographics.

7. Attend meetings / events with Marketing Executive and Director as requested. The role will involve direct interaction with Managers to assist their marketing plans.

8. To manage own personal and continuous professional development through self-assessment, supervision, training, and the acquisition of different learning opportunities.9. To assist the IT Department as and when required, to ensure the smooth running of Head Office.

10. To demonstrate and uphold the Company values at all times (Make a difference; never give up; value every individual; listen to each other, develop each other, reach our potential; quality and passion in what we do).
