Job description

1. To co-ordinate the diary and workload of the operational directors as required2. To co-ordinate meetings, producing and circulating agendas and relevant papers prior to

meetings, taking and distributing minutes and completing delegated action points3. To type reports, letters and e-mails to a professional standard4. To screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them if appropriate5. To monitor and report on key performance indicators for operational services.6. To manage own personal and continuous professional development through self-

assessment, supervision, training, and the acquisition of different learning opportunities.
